This isn't exactly news but I'm not surprised it has been suppressed here. Apparently, Sergey already spent $32MM on big macs and was forced to leverage his entire company for a line of credit that might satiate his hunger. He even went so far as to gamble his personal stake (including shadowlink tokens) so he could put TC on the line as well. By last month he was no longer able to cover the interest payments and his tab had grown so enormous that McDonald's had no choice but to show up at his house and collect. His front door was barricaded shut by more than 100,000 big mac cartons. It seems he must have spent all that time around toilets so he could eventually hatch an escape from his bathroom. I suspect all the above reasons would explain Sergey's sudden departure to neutral territory in Switzerland. Obviously, the rest of the team is embarrassed and will try to put off acknowledging his absence for as long as possible. Hopefully Dan was able to convince some big wigs to fund this shit show until they get main net up and running so we have enough liquidity to dump our bags.
