Even the most responsible exchanges will get hacked, raided, embezzled and or extorted.
If you're just chasing short term pumps and dumps, the reward may be worth the risk.
But long term, scarcity is a joke, when only a fraction of the economy owns anything they're trading. The exchanges can just sell you you're own holdings over and over again.

Use cracked copies of Windows, download games and software on PirateBay etc.

I would rather hold my keys on "trusted" exchanges like Coinbase, Binance &co than in those kind of PCs
