Here’s my first year of investing/trading/whatever the fuck you want to call it.
I got fucking owned.
Started off well first few months, was exciting, thought I was the shit. Laughed about muh 90% of traders blow up their accounts.
Got greedy, exited positions way too early.
Put 10,000 into dogecoin.
Got into options (bad fucking idea)
Got impatient.
Trying to rebuild and become better.

I might be a crappy trader but at least I'm not emotionally recklessly greedy (which was the crux of your problem).
I always protect a profitable business and never gamble with it. Too important. Not worth such risk.
If I gamble or get into options or anything else I start a new venture from absolute scratch allocating only what I can afford to lose until it has proven itself profitable, because pumping loads of resources into a new business/venture will only magnify what's already in there.
Profitable ones will become even more profitable and unprofitable ones will become even more unprofitable.
And for goodness sake you know very well that the number one rule is: "stick to the plan". Keep those thoughts, preferences and opinions out of it. The numbers decide not your emotions.
