The IRS website has the forums for tax evasion, and if they ask you any questions that your not sure about, throw them some B.S., they will follow up on it if it sounds juicy enough aka "How have they earned this untaxed income?" You say something like "drugs" or of the sort. If you really want to mess with these people legally, a email to the FBI or DEA can really set them straight.
