tfw realise the only way to /makeit/ is to start a business. i know quite a lot of rich people because of the school who i went to and literally every one of them that makes more than $500k a year is running their own business. The richest wagecuck i know makes $300k a year as a surgeon.

Not some business like "muh facebook, muh BP oil company, muh johnson&johnson" like every normie thinks what every rich business person has to do. They run smalltime mom&pop business like restaurant chain, nurseries, gym, plumbing service.

how do /into/ this? how do i get a loan from a bank to do start etc.?

Why is his penis shifted so far to the left? That can’t be healthy

maybe it's a hernia

Jow Forums Blackpill: The true secret to wealth is not being a good businessman, getting a high-paying job, etc., it's being a fucking jew. No I'm not from Jow Forums and I don't mean convert to Judaism, I mean money management is the secret to wealth. There are janitors with more in their savings accounts than the teachers at the schools they clean the toilets for because they save 90% of their income a year and live frugally while the teachers spend more than 75% of their income yearly and have no investments. Don't worry about "starting a business" or some other generic meme statement like that, do whatever you enjoy doing that pays money and manage the money well.

You guys clearly don't go out in public, bitches wear super tight clothes with no pockets and stuff their wallets, phones, etc. literally in any crease they can fit them in.

Best way to run something profitable is to leverage any circumstancial edge you may have in a particular domain. You'll find that many successful entrepreneur capitalized on niche or unusual knowledge of a field they already had and expanded on it. Could be anything, self-taught or inherited, but you need to identify those and ask yourself how they can be monetized.

> mom&pop business like restaurant chain, nurseries, gym, plumbing service.
>500k/year
rofl

This.
Note to anons: read 'The Millionaire Next Door'
Most 'rich' people have a high income, but a low net worth, while even the poorest among us could amass a 7-figure net worth by retirement age by being frugal and investing wisely.

Poor retards
Imagine idolizing a 55 yo janitor with 1m in the bank. Or even a 38 yo engineer with 600k.

The only way you can be wealthy in terms of money, time and youth is starting a business. Enjoy the humiliation of having a boss for the next 20 years, and the regret of not living your life doing what you wanted to do

im not memeing. how do you know? have you run one of these? because ive talked to these people and they've told me their profit margins and shit.

if you have a restaurant and have 30 tables full a night with 4 people at each table, cycling through three sets of people, paying for a $15 meal and you take 20% profit margin it's $1080 a night. That's if you only have one succesful restaurant. Imagine if you have three, four or five restaurants like this.

Shit like nurseries is even higher profit margin. It's like 60% and if you run a high end one, you can charge like $40 a day per kid and have 70 kids a day.

Work entry level in a field until you can do everything. Plumbing, hvac, whatever, saving a little every month. When you feel confident in your skill set, buy a white van and some tools and do your thing.

im not penny pinching. if you earn $60k a year and save 90% of your salary you still make less than someone earning $600k a year and saving 10% of his salary

this is correct. A majority of millionaires in the USA barely made over $100k in their peak years of earning income. They are just good savers.

I'm a financial advisors so I talk to people every day about their money. It's extremely common to meet people who make $150k+ yearly and have almost no savings. It's very rare to find people regardless of income who actually save.

If you make $60k/year but save $15k/year after taxes you are doing better than the person making $120k/year spending $130k. I know that's common sense but god damn it's so common to see.

>the best way to win a race is by watching your odometer
the fuck are you talking about?
Penny pinching is essentially making sure your car is running at it's best mileage.
Yeah it fucking works, but you get rich by considering every expense you make for it's future returns. If you don't have any better opportunities in front of you for good returns besides packing a lunch, then you've fucked up and put yourself in bad company.

True, but usually one habit leads to another. Many people would be far better off living in a smaller house or cheaper car and driving it till it dies. Making a habit and checking your spending will do wonders.

>tfw realise the only way to /makeit/ is to start a business
I used to think like you but now I just buy BTC every week. I have 14 right now and want 21 by next year.

If I'd have started doing this when I first wanted to "own a business" in 2012 (I dismissed Bitcoin at the time), I'd have retired years ago. Might not work out this time round, but it beats the regret of not trying.

I'm 26 and am a total Jew regarding every expense. It helped me acquire a couple of rental properties but it's not sufficient to retire. Maximising income is equally as important.

Why not both?
It’s not like btc requires a time investment. Unless you count watching the paint dry on the charts

This is good if you want to be an old man with money.
For those of us who want to enjoy our lives at a young age, starting a business is the only way.

Because I've started a couple of 'businesses' in the past but they were too time-intensive and didn't provide a sufficient income; it's more efficient to wage-slave for guaranteed fiat

>starting a business is the only way.
Be careful about trapping yourself in that mindset; I've done it myself and regret it. If this faggot is correct with his prediction (which he has been in the past), there's still time to get rich off crypto: ethereumworldnews.com/tim-draper-doubles-down-on-250000-bitcoin-btc-prediction-cites-global-adoption/

I'm a 25 year old engineer with 500k saved.

You’ve made > $600k in 3 years as an engineer?

Maybe he comes from a well off family.
Not everyone comes from a fucked up family and spent time in youth being homeless.
>tfw

Yes. It's not that hard.

Banging body with a bogged face.

What’s not hard? Assuming you somehow managed to save 100% of your income, you’d have to make $166k per year. No entry level job is paying that much, so you either got lucky off crypto or you have a rich family.

Hope you're in a better place now user. These experiences can make us bitter and vengeful or help us become more empathetic individuals that are grateful for the small things. God bless you.

“”””””software engineers””””””” aren’t engineers faggot

You've not even taken taxes into account.

By the time I'd turned 20 I'd managed to save up about 85k from various odd-jobs and online bullshit over the years so it is possible that he did that on a much bigger scale.

Then why are they called Software Engineers?

Because it sounds better than programmer

So Civil Engineers aren't really engineers, they're just called that because it sounds better than blueprint artist?

why not just focus on the one habit instead of spreading around your cuckboy superstitious financial advice then faggot
if you're sitting at home spending hours optimizing your meal plans and most efficient commuting route, that time would have been better spent doing actual work and/or finding a way to demand a raise from your boss.

you've got no idea what software engineers do mate
i spend 80% my time NOT programming
gtfo

>Why is his penis shifted so far to the left?
that's her hip you fucking retard

If you don't understand tranny-based humour, you can get the fuck out right now

wtf is that bulge next to her crotch tranny is either anorexic or gotta penis

1) Find something you enjoy doing.
2) Advertise your services.
3) ???

4) Strap on the knee-pads because it turns out nobody wants to watch you play video games and fap to hentai.

my brother is a """""""software engineer"""" and even he says they aren't real engineers
those blueprints lead to the creation of buildings, roads, and other tangible things

larp or crazy connections

I am a real engineer. And there's nothing you can do about it. Stay mad.

I could care less about what you are, but you are clearly lying about saving $500k in 3 years

Stay poor

Stay poor

>I could care less about what you are
You do realise this means the total opposite of what you're trying to convey

I know but "I couldn't care less" sounds odd to me because everyone says it the other way where I live

Why do burgers pay coders double the salary of anywhere else? Must be struggling to attract smart people to come to a country with expensive healthcare, guns everywhere and cardboard houses.

Never had any of those problems. Why are Yuropoors always so salty?

it's true. unfortunately everything i want to do fails due to lack of contacts in the field i'm interested in. Ans since everyone with a Etsy store is a CEO now it's hard to impress people with a real project.

I know what you mean, it's easier to dumb your speech down to appease retards than risk confusing them. Is that phrase a state-specific thing or the US as a whole?

>Ans since everyone with a Etsy store is a CEO now it's hard to impress people with a real project
I disagree. The people you'd want to impress aren't dumb. They can see through the pseudo-CEO bullshit in an instant. Real value will be obvious to them.

I guess everything really is bigger in america

yes and no. pseudo-ceo will lie very well and investors aren't that bright. anyway one day i hope one of my thing will kick off. been working a year now on something but still 0 custs. feel bad.

Wasn't this chick in the video predicting the November selloff? Anyone have a link.

>if you're not born knowing how to do everything yourself you lose

kek.

Don't bother, she shills gold and the future apocalypse, she made it out of luck and got insane out of it

Plz

Geo Star

I remember what you were talking about. People were doing tons of mental gymnastics on here about it. Can't find the video. Maybe she put it on private/deleted since it obviously didn't come true (at least the part about the chosen protocol)?

if this is her she deleted the video:

Is there an automatic archive of YT? Kind of want to watch again, even though it was so cringe I couldn't finish the first time

Because the US is an innovation powerhouse. Those jobs in user's pic are all recent high grossing tech companies, they can afford to pay employees large salaries. It's more difficult to innovate in other countries, due to their high taxes from socialist policies. Therefore, yuropoor's get slim pickings for goods jobs and remain poor

Got that pic that doesn't look like it was taken with a big foot hunter's camera?

I'd bone her if I was drunk. But that's about it. Her face looks like she got hit by a truck.

they also call themselves architects, which is insulting to actual architects who design buildings because you have to actually be licensed to use that title.

Yeah she is an uglier yet more fit version of my gf. Can't tell how I feel about her.

software engineers are not engineers in the traditional sense. software developer is a much more appropriate name but everyone loves this retarded "engineer" term. i can see network engineer as a legit title but software? lol

t. software developer

lmao i'm in complete agreement as a dev. i consider the relationship to be more akin to a mechanic/automotive technician than an automotive engineer. but hey if they wanna pay more for a meme title who am i to argue

that's definitely her, that video you're referencing was golden. wouldn't even be all that surprised if she was actually somewhat relevant in crypto t b h. i remember the video was filmed in a very affluent SF suburb and there a definitely quite a few burning man types that made it off btc.

Boss is a Jew. And well. Fucking hell. He’s aggressive sales man and knows how to manage money ((penny pincher))

>guess whos back back back, back again gen gen

If you don't understand tranny-based humour, you can get the fuck out right now

you start from wage cucking and saving up like everyone of your friends.
