U don't know about silver. It's not that rare, it's just quite expensive to extract. High price = more silver. I'll recommend something better, like gold or linkies.
I have about 33 troy ounces of .999 silver, 5 .oz of constitutional silver , about half pound of serling silver jewelry. I'm curious about "investing in crypto-currency.

I'd drop the 500gr bar if i were you. 1oz coins are easier to get rid off once you want to sell them. Got a 250gr bar myself and i wished i would've bought 8 coins instead
