Then they ship it out, you recieve the laptop, how do they make profit?

I'm pretty sure you're not shilling a coin somehow, so I'll answer, even though I can't imagine you aren't trolling. All those costs are less than what you pay. Maybe only 10% or even 5% less, but less. That's the profit.
