do you think these anons killed themselves? I laugh just thinking about it
Do you think these anons killed themselves? I laugh just thinking about it
fucking LOL
>they didnt know there would a world-historic bubble on an asset with no inherent value that very few people still use for anything other than speculation
fuck LMAO. cant believe these morons
I've been on Jow Forums for around 11 years. They didn't take kindly to Bitcoin at all when it got around. They're all permabitter luddite neckbeards who love ridiculing anything new.
Imagine knowing BTC since 2010 and not being a millionaire right now.
I used to go to Jow Forumsbuttcoin when Eth was one dollar. Never bought in :(
>they didnt think a coin that maybe 1000 people per day use to buy MDMA would have a completely baseless valuation spike in a bubble without historical precedent
fucking idiots LOL
this gives me hope that chainlink $1000 EOY will actually happen
>they thought a coin that markets itself as a decentralized global supercomputer and couldnt withstand the load of a kitten CRUD app was a scam
XD can you fuckin believe these people
kek, he's here:
>buy 222 ETH for 500€
>tell myself i'm absolutly, whatever happens going to hold it
>somehow fuck it up
i still wake up sweaty thinking about how i fucked up on this one
t. Missed out
lmao
this was how boomers viewed the internet.
>t. euphoric genius investor who correctly observed that there is irrational exuberance in an unregulated market around assets few to no people use
chances are some of them felt stupid for posting, did their own research and are filthy rich now.
you are laughing about people who knew about it almost instantly, they probably wised up somewhere along the ride and became early adopters
I can feel your butthurt through my screen hahaahahah. What do you do with your life now user? Still wagecucking? HAHAHAHA
>anyone who points out that not """investing""" in crypto was objectively fiscally prudent must be butthurt
Fags that take pleasure in others misery are the ultimate unhappy pricks . Really look at yourself in the mirror , you know you are . Get what you give , and your unhappy way of living will cause you the same kind of misery you scoff at in this post . Karmas a bitch , give bad voodoo , get bad voodoo . Dont fuck with voodoo
so i tried this one with ChainLink in the G Community. just in case....
don't stay up too late user, boss needs you at work in the morning
t. Didn't buy
Tell me another way to send money digitally without a central authority. The people who didn't buy bitcoin didn't either have the monetary/fiat system knowledge or couldn't just vision a future for what Bitcoin "could" become. Seriously you could have looked at the supply cap 21 000 000 and be like " fuck it, I'm gonna put $100 in so I could own 10 000 btc which is 0.04% of the entire supply.
Most people just briefly heard about bitcoin on YouTube or someone told them, but you guys had fucking discussions about it explaining and argumenting. Fuck sake really.
cringe
>Tell me another way to send money digitally without a central authority
monero, which launched 5 years ago and fulfills btc's only actual usecase (buying illegal shit) better than btc does.
otherwise there is zero reason to "send money digitally without a central authority". wtf? literally just use paypal
ok now your turn, explain why the value of a technology used as a medium of exchange should explode and deflate in value at random intervals, why people in 2010 should have predicted this and why that made it an >ebic investor bet :DDD without the benefit of hindsight
btw in transparency i made a decent amount of cash swing trading and getting out before the crash got too bad in 2017/2018. im not denying that you can ride the waves and make money, my point (which you are so tactfully ignoring over and over) is that theres no reason anyone should have predicted it would turn out this way and """investing""" in btc in 2010 does not mean the person was smart or a great prognosticator
translation for you autists: the humor in this thread derives from the contrast between crypto's performance and the smugness and confidence of those neckbeards when making their claims.
I was on Jow Forums back in the day and one of the reasons I postponed mining/buying BTC was because of shitheads like that. Back then I didn't realize they were just bottom of the barrel scum with an overinflated sense of self-importance.
>hurr durr these guys must know what they're talking about
I was also too enough then to know better and I actually put weight into what they were saying.
Nowadays I shit on neckbeards like that in real life.
why would they? they've accumulated heavily back then and are now multi-millionaires
I knew about it, I’m no millionaires. It was hard to understand it back then. A lot of us were young and just didn’t give a fuck. It was literally just seen as some illegal shit made bysome gook to buy drugs.
Desperate BTC bagholders are just acting rich vicariously through the small minority of people who got rich off of BTC.
No, and you're a retard for masturbating over yourself about it. Nobody could've predicted bitcoin would hit 16k. I had the opportunity to buy bitcoin when it was $23, and I didn't. Do I lose sleep over it? No, because I know that I would've sold the minute that shit hit $100. Maybe even $50.
in 2010 btc was the cost of electricity required to mine it, a saturated market where you already had free hardware or had free electricity or you didn't enter. there was absolutely no indication it would ever go to $1k or anything. i remember i wanted to buy a 100 on mtgox, but was put off by the costs and the time of the transaction and the risks and let my family talk me out of it. looking back it was the worst mistake of my financial life.
user, it wasn't a mistake because we both know you wouldn't have held onto that until it hit 16k
they're mad fucking jelly that their GNiggerU fat neckbeard haven't made any impact in anything while satoshi's project unleashed the new age of open source projects to the world
seething retard

I actually agree and I've held Bitcoin since summer 2012. I just got lucky for the most part.
I still work though because I like working
Was it hard to hold that long? Have you put in only as much as you can afford to lose? Do you have taken profits? Are you still in? I'm appalled at those people who can't wrap their head around the concept that you can take profits while still holding a certain amount of your assets.
>work because it's fun
Would do that part time if I've made it.
>otherwise there is zero reason to "send money digitally without a central authority". wtf? literally just use paypal
are you stupid or what
Literally every purchase is a good reason
PayPal doesn't accept any of my fucking cards, and for me crypto is the only solution to buy like 95% of the stuff online.
And I'm sure lot of people is in my same situation
