I believe the most efficient way to lift (if you want to boost your testos) is
>heavy weights (2-8 reps)
>short pauses between sets
>multi-joint excercises
>only explosive cardio (spurts etc.)

>lots of saturated fats (eggs, bacon, red meat, olive oil etc.)
>good carbs
>enough protein, 1,5-2g/kg of your weight
>fasting
>creatine, zinc, magnesium etc.
>good sleep, 8+ hours
>cold showers
>Vitamin D3 (important, very common deficiency)

avoid
>gluten
>grains
>onions
>beans
>alcohol


It appears, that according to the studies I read, fapping has little to no direct effect on your long term testosterone levels. However, prolonged periods of not fapping or having other means of sexual intercourse will affect negatively to testosterone levels.

If you're trying to lose weight and be healthy, Do cardio every day for 1-2 hours. 10-30 sec sprint and 2 min walk repeat for 2 hours. When you get more endurance do 1 min sprint 2 min walking. Eat lean meat, I like seasoned grilled chicken with onion powder and kickn chickn with rice and mixed vegetables for lunch and dinner. Protein shake, Banana and yogurt for breakfast.

After you become skinny and shed of all your fat, Bump protein shakes to 1 in the morning, 1 before workout. Walk for 1 hour or 30min a day, Then hit the weights. High rep, 15 or better.

I personally am pretty muscular and not fat. However my lifestyle is extremely unhealthy, and I believe my testo levels could be much higher if I changed my lifestyle for the better. Thats why I'm studying the means of optimizing my testosterone levels naturally. I believe it would be very rewarding, especially mentally, to have my T levels back up.

Alot of studies suggest saturated fat will clog your arteries. Unsaturated fat is good for you but saturated and trans fats will clog your arteries and kill you. Un fortunately all food that have unsaturated fat also contain saturated fat. The trick is to eat the foods with high ratios of unsaturated fats. Olive oil has low concentration levels of saturated fat so it is a good choice. Probably the best oil you can use health wise. When you eat meat always trim the solid fat before you cook it (as saturated fat is solid fat, unsaturated fat is liquid fat) or eat meat cuts with lower fat content like chicken breast. If you can i wuld stay away from red meat entirely. Stick to lower fat chicked and fish. Tofu is great for you. Don't eat fat and sugar/carbs/starch/fake sugar together in the same meal ever as sugar triggers an insulin response which makes your cells react by letting in glucose from the blood stream but if you eat both sugar and fat then cells will absorb both the sugar and fat from your blood and you will gain weight.
