There are of course many more areas one could focus on, but I think this is a good chronological overview.

Let's consider how housing would do under UBI, would city areas still be overpriced and in high demand? There's still more variety of food, shows, bars/clubs, art, etc in cities and that could attract people.
At the same time you have people that could live wherever they wanted so they wouldn't be tied to a city for work. Would we see a resurgence in small communities as people decide they don't want to work anymore? If that's the case, buying up family dwellings in smaller more rural, low crime rate areas would be a good way to profit. I can see people willing to live among a few roommates just to have more money for better food/drugs/alcohol/entertainment.
