Why millennials just buy land and build their own home ?
Why millennials just buy land and build their own home ?
zoning laws will come a set your house of fire
Implying land isn't just as inflated as housing - any land in a desirable location can run hundreds of thousands per acre. Boomers who inherited large plots of land sub-divide it into smaller plots then sell each of those plots for what the entire ranch was purchased for originally, it's a massive scam.
what about building a mud hut middle of nowhere ?
Seems like a better option than paying $5000/month to a house or $1000/months for a bunk bed.
What's wrong wh*te boi? Dont you know the future is brown? We found yall niggas weakness - Sóybeans, and we put that shit in every GOT DAMN Thang you eat. The result? Docile cuckholds with the testosterone levels of my Granny. Not only that, but it seems to have flipped a suicide switch as more and more wh*tes are offing themselves every year. It won't be long now.. No no, it won't be looong now heh heh hehheheh.
I looked into it, you can get 5-40 acre plots for around 1k/acre but good luck acquiring water, most land that cheap is in a desert region with limited access or shitty regulations meaning it might cost 50k to drill a well.
And not only water but internet, food, gas and jobs are all far away, living off-grid isn't easy. You need a significant sum of money before you can try to go off-grid because it's basically a "retirement" situation. If you're planning on homesteading you'll need liquid funds to pay for equipment like tractors, animal feed, building supplies. It's doable but personally I'm working in the city while building my getaway as quickly as possible, it's not really feasible to try and just bug out asap.
>talking about tractors, animal feed, and building supplies on fucking Jow Forums
thats a lot more effort and time than to just look for a house
People did manage to live for thousands of years without the newfangled technology, so yes its possible. But, you will still need permits or the big man will come after you.
You can literally go live in a patch of fucking woods and nobody will ever know, user.
If you build a house, then it's visible to the satellites. A lot of people will know.
In my country, it is the law that if you do this and are able to avoid being found for 5 years, the land will now belong to you. And there are people who have actually managed to do this, and now they are landowners. Millenials btfo.
You can literally build a fucking mansion and spray paint it the same color as the woods and the satellites wouldn't be able to pick up shit.
Hold Bitcoin. Revenge will be served, and brutally so.
All the land is already owned by jews
>not considering all the variables before moving to the middle of nowhere
never change biz
All you need is running water and Internet and you're set. What the fuck do you need animal feed for?
Sensors could
Sensors can't go a mile in
Feeding your animals dipshit, if you live 3 hours from the nearest grocery store, it might be a good idea to keep some goats and poultry for milk, meat, and eggs. Horses are also faster than bicycles on rough terrain, and might allow you to get help if your car is broken down.
Also, internet and electricity out in the sticks can be pretty patchy, if a line breaks, it will usuallu take the power company days to get to you. There is a reason peole put up with living in cities.
All you need is a few acres in a small town and some satellite internet
i dont even know how to tune up an automobile
Don't worry about that, or do, it's kind of scary. Modern computer controlled automobiles can not be tuned without proprietary software and hardware, which no one will sell you so.
Just look around for an older (70s or earlier) car in passable condition, pretty much everything in those is mechanical and can be serviced by a retard with a picture book. Unless you need to actually replace a part, I hope you went to voc school for machining.
I doubt you'll need a fucking tractor if you are just gonna feed yourself. 30m^2 can feed a family if managed properly.
