1. Urges the European Commission to initiate a process of promoting the potential
benefits of Member States’ deeper involvement in the practices of the EU;
2. Asks the European Commission to evaluate the possibility of restricting access to the
internal market for Member States that fail to follow EU principles and core values;
3. Seeks that the European Court of Auditors31 provide increased financial support to

5. Recommends the European Commission to suggest a differentiated approach34 in
managing certain policy areas such as defence, security, and monetary affairs;
6. Requests the European Commission to set strict deadlines on for the debate and
negotiations of basic policies promoting the principles of the European Union and
after said time voting should take place.
