yes he said to redirect current spending of other welfare infrastructures into a single UBI system. However the bottom line is that potentially tens of millions of folks will be given free rice, meat, veggies, eggs, soaps, shirts, etc... for doing nothing.
Where are they coming from? At what point will the system become unsustainable?
