It's a token where what it takes for it to be successful or not is clearly outlined and something you can follow closely AKA onboarding customers. When it went to ATH last year their product wasn't even ready yet, it was just pure speculation (as most the market was). They're actually in 10x a better spot than last year because they actually have a platform now that they can pitch. The fact that a state in Australia actually used their platform in February is huge for them in terms of having a reference for other entities who were previously unsure
of HST going forward.

This isn't some pajeet shit, the fact that it didn't necessarily need the token aspect to prosper initially isn't a deterrent if the company uses it regardless because it's in their interest to see the token grow aswell. A customer makes a deal with Horizon State to use their platform and Horizon State buys HST tokens off the market based on how much FIAT the customer paid them + burns a small percentage after the fact, they've done it several times already and you can track all of it on etherscan every single time.
