If you're an interesting, talkative, knowledgeable and charismatic person and you play a lot of vidya then go for it.
Problem is
>If you get even a small following you'll be expected to stream almost every day, same time, same amount of time or your viewer base will drop
>If you get famous for playing a certain game, say Pubg, you'll lose most of your viewers when you play something else.
Which often results in your having to spend hours and days playing games you're sick of or you don't like.
Best bet is to stick to a genre of game or play shit with 2-3 friends on discord. Group banter makes for better viewing and means you don't have to constantly fill dead air with random shit talk.
Watch good YouTubers/streamers pole Sips, Robbaz or Womble and you'll see what I mean.
