Yeah I'm fit, but not as much as during the 2017 bull run where the obscene gains motivated me to workout hard. These days it actually takes effort to do it every day.

Checked. 24 years here and zero motivation to do anything degenerate anymore. Focusing some of my energy into a workout nearly every day aside from one of two rest days a week. I'm definitely going to make it in the next few years so I might as well be working on improving my strength in the mean time. Once I make it I will continue to train in order to keep from going mad. I'm pretty sure the west is fucked anyway so might as well challenge myself and accumulate resources.

got a question for you gym bros.... I tried cutting last year by reducing calories and doing empty stomach cardio every morning. I was 10-15% body fit and not as lean as I would have liked. I was thinking of starting again soon but get a lower body fat... what are the methods to get under 10% body fat? what are things I can take?

The best way to cut, and maintain muscle mass is by taking L-Leucine, the main component of BCAA that goes into muscle mass and prevents breakdown of muscle.

BCAA is fine, since they already have have a good leucine ratio. BCAAs might be better, because the ones besides leucine have anti muscle break down properties. But i think taking leucine soley might be more effective since its the directly in charge of muscle mass, and i see a lot of people cutting take Leucine soley.

For every oz or creatine you have to mix with 200mL of ALKALISED water in order for muscle absorption. Otherwise it triggers an upchain biochemical pathway which leads to early male pattern baldness
