I don't see dumb icos coming back. Both btt and fetch.ai stopped pumping very soon. 2-3 more shit tokens like that and binance icos aren't even going to pump from the ico price, killing the momentum. Another problem is that icos are going to dump the funding token very fast after 2018, so the impact on bnb is going to be relatively small.
It's hard to value bnb. Binance had ~$10M/month profit in 2019, 20% is going to bnb. Based on that the fair price is 2-3
