I work in a stressful call center for a student loan servicer. So stressful that two coworkers committed suicide on the past week. Another one a few months back.
One lady had a heart attack in her 20s....

How do use this to get unemployment? I cant get fired but if i voluntarily quit could i use their deaths for traumatizing work environment?

While on the subject of call centers, is it illegal to have phone sex with a scam caller? The second to last scam caller I got was some white girl (or at least it sounded like it), and after I hung up on them I was like "wait a minute..."
I don't buy it, can OP weigh in? I find it hard to believe that someone being mean to you on the phone, even day in and day out, could drive someone to suicide. I would think it would have to be something about the office culture or just a coincidence. If true though maybe I'll start answering their calls.
A kid I went to school with died of one in high school during Spring Break. He was only 16. Not even obese, just had heart problems

Where to begin dude. Management makes dumbass policies directed ar short term profits that increase call volume and irate ppl. Every person has been on hold 2+ hours and is pissed off that it takes 1+ years to calculate pslf payments. The metrics are not possible to meet w/o cutting ppl off and ending calls early.
You cant piss when you want, only during scheduled break. Management will harass you for trying to use leave. Everything is a fucking game cuz management has no purpose in life.
This job is not stressfull in the short term, but it builds up, like chinese water torture. The ppl killing themselves have been there for years....

I got a grand total of $170, then they told the unemployment agency I was fired for issues (which is a lie because the day I lost the job I asked them if there was an issue with my performance and they said no, I was fine, it was a bad company culture fit) and now they give bad references about me. I still want to sue them or something.

You have to get fired or laid off to collect unemployment. Any voluntary quitting will kill the possibility. If you’ve been there at least a year, go in and do a really lazy, shitty, incompetent job until they are eventually forced to fire you. Just don’t break any laws like steal from the company or anything like that.

It’s not the people on the phone that suck most about these jobs. It’s the micromanaging bosses who literally regulate how often and for how long you can pee down to the second, then find multiple ways to shit on any effort you put forth in the name of improving their own stats so the boss looks better.
