If you're at Worcester County or east (where 85% of the State lives) then most houses are either 150 years old or (worse) made during the 60s/70s/80s with garbage materials. Anything new is made in cookie cutter McMansions with no yards and HOA fees, and those aren't triplexes anyways. You basically have to buy a quarter acre lot for ~100k then spend 500k to have the triplex built yourself.
