Frens, we all know LINK will be huge. Holding it in a pool is not enough. Post here your business ideas based on Link and smart contracta in general.

I plan on running a node but thats all I have immediate plans for.
Checked.
Typical, extend the olive branch to gain confidence in the populace. Then profit from their creative solutions.
Planning on running a couple of nodes to generate passive income.
Then ill try buy some property and rent that shit to get more passive income.
Then Do alot of cocaine and hooker, untill it gets boring.
Then start a buisnes with some friends.
Maybe see abit of the world.
I’ll buy a proveable miner and earn Link
I think about running some advisory for normans that knows shit about smart contracts and how to use link
Sent ;)
I would build businesses about making it easier for normans to understand LINK like
- a link for dummies book
- link training online classes
etc
running an own node seems like it would be difficult to get requests, considering the whole api-access isn't just going to be open for anyone?
hopefully linkpool is a worthy investment instead.
based
Yes. It seems pooling is better option, as to get a requests as a random node operator will be hard. However there should be other options of business based on link, such as advisory. I believie bigger companies would outsource services based on chainlink
Honeycomb you fucking useless faggots
just get certified by a listing service. There will definitely be a tinder app for link nodes
Im a software developer and I love to imagine what can be made mixing APIS.
With chainlink I don't see anythingn particular, as we'll just be able to do with existinng apis, exect on a blockchain. Am I missing somethingn?
Think of how all those API inputs and outputs can enable trustless tamperproof event driven logic for contracts that are executed as written
Finance/Insurances/Bets
apart from that?
Right around the time the Chainlink network gets going full force, it should be possible to trade handful of LINK for a bunch of hooker sexbots. Become ePimp. Embed Chainlink nodes in each of the bots. Have sex with the 4th industrial revolution. Get paid.
check kek wills it
Any use of blockchain. Allowing you to just plug your existing system to a blockchain of choice
IoT, which is huge
Literally any system that you want to automate or have preserved lineage of data
Given finance is every time money is moved, every transaction, that alone would be enough
We live in your head
>rent free
And judging by the looks of things we occupy a lot of space
boom
you unironically nailed it. linktards are parasites, species that invade already existing bodies. also your shilled project works similar by connecting already existing independent projects. kek
everything will be centered around the boring usecases initially but things start to heat up when we have more diverse data sets
Chainlink will make exotic data valuable
WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER!
DO NOT UNDER ESTIMATE THE POWER OF POSITIVE THOUGHT! ESPECIALLY COLLECTIVE POSITIVE THOUGHT!!
THIS SHIT IS GOING TO REACH $1,000 EASILY! HOLD THAT THOUGHT AND VISUALIZE IT IN YOUR MIND EVERYDAY AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE STARTING NOW AND IT WILL MANIFEST INTO REALITY. DO IT! I'M NOT JOKING!
VISUALIZE AS OFTEN AND AS DETAILED AS POSSIBLE!
No its more that you simply cannot get link and its holders out of your conscious. Shit you probably fucking dream about Big Macs.
>rent free
You are a MANIAC
I would run a node if it was profitable but I'm not too tech savvy. I suppose they might release some idiot proof want to run a node.
I am going to rent my Linkpool staking space. I have almost 40 LP shares and barely 25k LINK. I'm so confident I've already designed the smart contract to do it
Dude sell some LP
You'll get nearly 17 ETH per share, get more LINK
imma be the tinder slut of link nodes, i'll give it out to anyone for low fees. I'm also allergic to TEE's so who know's what i've got.
>Finance/Insurance/Bets
Logistics, package tracking, derivatives, safe commodities trading, open banking...
Also, don't understimate Finance and insurance, because these two alone are big as fuck
Check Chainlink hackathon projects. There are a lot of innovative and great ideas there
>creator of the digital signature empire joins the team, his reasoning perfectly lines up with biz understanding of why it'll be just as huge, announcement includes insider biz meme
>head of blockchain at Saudi government casually mentioning link as necessary for smart contracts, interacts with biz neets
>biz lambo street racing
>bnc launching first ever crypto indexes on fucking nasdaq
>multiple talks at ethcc, not just from Sergey but also dan, Johnny, Coventry
>pivotal making real progress, team finally loosening up about mainnet (~3 months)
>Oraclize announcing its launching v2.0 with link as a backend, further cementing it as a standard baseline protocol (as if being endorsed by Gavin and Lubin, accord, zepos, swift, wef, buying town crier and the smart contract domain name etc weren't enough hints), as is often the case, it wasn't even link making the announcement first (alpha)
>Ocean protocol and aion confirm link integration
>various projects like hydrogen and market protocol hinting at being ready, just waiting for mainnet, other partners like celer quickly gaining attention, basically so many projects will rely on link and open new possibilities for crypto
>Evan Cheng very likely still involved somehow if you've been following biz, those in the know know how big this is
>experimental new design work, hints at mobile app and includes integration with webmoney on top of paypal and visa
>ecosystem keeps growing with linkpool and now clc doing a great job, chainlinkadapters.com also
>oracle announces talk about link and monetizing api
>new ISDA guidelines mentioning oracles, accord talking at isda event about derivatives
>accord/clause integrating docusign
>new swift dlt poc which may or may not involve link
>new larp which may or may not be legit, probably knew about Oraclize, hints at big time banking integration (assuming jpm/quorum)
>new wsj mit article
>this just from last week or so, not even 1% of everything we've uncovered
>still 0.40
Chainlink is basically the internet for the blockchain. It bridges data API providers to smartcontracts on the blockchain. It makes smartcontracts useful in simple terms as they can now react to real world events. And a recap to smartcontracts, they're immutable functions that trigger based on events. "If X, then Y". With that in mind, you can come up with virtually any kind of deal. For instance, for a Nintendo Direct (if you pay attention to that thing), you can create a smartcontract for a Nintendo bingo card based on the announcements and people win a prize for completing it. If you're lending money or asking someone to buy you something, you can have them put up something in an escrow as collateral until the deal is done. Heck, this would be great to avoid getting scammed when you're trading pokemon of uneven numbers (if they still haven't implemented that as of yet). The possibilities are endless since you're digitizing a contract and making them immutable where they HAVE to commit to what is written, no matter how intricate it is. I know you know what the blockchain is, but this recap video is what sealed the deal for me in going all in on Chainlink.
Interesting. I've often thought about this. I have no LP but I have over 100k LINK. start a DAO on Aragon that manages both LINK whales and LP share holders that aren't necessarily both. Could be an important combination to get a prime node going off the rip.
Can you imagine, I really want you to try here: imagine knowing ALL THIS SHIT AND NOT OWNING A SINGLE FUCKING LINK?! I'm gonna take link gains and long rope.
Based
If this was any other shit coin it would've gone to the moon. Why doesn't link move?
Priced in mate, old memes never die
is Sergey really always wearing the same shirt? kinda makes me wanna buy some link
What can LINK do?
I need to know what it can do so I can make something.
I'm a web dev and I dabbled in solidity a year ago or so.
something something oracle. i just wanna invest in Sergey.
yeah, its clcg.io
you do realize this will be a part of the LP share features right?
I'm in law school and want to go into environmental law.
I want to be the one to bring smart contracts to environmental law.
Carbon credits purchased thru LINK?
I'm reading the docs. I'll see if I can think of something.
does LINK depends only in its own success or does it need Ethereum to be the PRIME smart contract platform and solve the scaling issue ?
>web3
>polkadot
>blockchain agnostic
ffs is everyone have to be spoonfed here
Do Smart Contracts need ADOPTION in order for LINK... moon?
i hope you will buy chainlink and lose your money
>Total Supply
>1,000,000,000 LINK
max value LINK can realistically achieve is like $5/piece, who cares. lots of options in crypto which will yield a hell of a lot more than the 10x max you'll get here.
kekekeke! only in a world where every npc codes a smart contract!!!
Companies probably won't have in house blockchain technicians, so I was thinking a good idea would be to make a startup in the chicagoland area offering blockchain services and consulting for them.
But I'm probably just going to freelance LINK node setups through newspaper ads because it'll be less work and I've done it with asics before.
All it does is links data providers to smartcontracts.
