I manage the servers that run the electronic health record application. Something around 200 servers, between web services and application servers.

Most of the time? Nothing. At this phase it's pretty much an update/patching cycle with typical maintenance. Disk space monitoring. Health checking, etc.

In the initial launch of this application though, that's where the work is. You build out a secure environment and make sure it fits business needs.
