Who has job in the morning?
Anyone gets shit from their parents for having a job and questions about getting it?
I do stuff but none of my shit materializes. I don't want to be a neet but at the same time don't know what i wanna do.

I have job tomorrow. I don't want to go. No mommy.

Last job i had i also didnt want to go. Actually felt relief when we came to terms and they boss said shed even help me getting me in touch with people that can help me with job that suits me better.

I try but no employers call me back. It's okay because my parents are okay with me living with them.

Just keep grinding brother

Job man here. If it is not something you really care about, you are better of being a neet.

hopefully you can get shitcoin rich and be a man of leisure.

Any tips on how to solve the "dont want to be neet" and "dont know what to do (for work/in life)" dilemma?

I am in this fantasy but this is so naive.

Work ethic

Ethos

bust ass and made a whopping 52k net taxable income last year. proably a couple grand more but still. love my job but hate every single employee up there. it's not exactly easy work but it's not exactly hard either, just annoying as fuck because nobody else gives a damn but me.

>you are better of being a neet

Not everyone has rich parents.

CN Tower?

Maybe i just haven't tried enough at my last job. This shows at work.
However, if i am your boss and see you bust ass and you having shit pay i think you are a moron.

Company I work for pays my bonus in stocks that vest over 4 years so I have to work at least 4 years to collect it all or if I get a new job make sure the starting bonus is higher fuuck me.

Sounds like big4 or something.

no, no idea what that is.

>a guy that didn't try enough telling me how he'd act if he was my boss and how he'd think of me

go buy a scratch off, your chances of me giving a fuck are higher that way. hating a guy that works hard for any wage shows your lack of work ethics.

Me

I was NEET, live at parents house, they were happy to let me be NEET. They pay all of my bills, give me a very small amount of spending cash.

HS dropout, havent had a job in a decade.
I just fell into a job running CNC machines making 40k a year starting. Getting "experience" in a field where I can make double that if I applied myself I guess.

Parents STILL dont make me pay any bills.
They are going to give me their paid off house when they die.
All the money I make is pure disposable cash.

>go into work at 5am
>literally me and another guy in the other part of the shop
>just grab some work thats been laid out, measure some stuff, put it in machine and push a button
>machine runs for 5-20 minutes, where I just stand around and play on phone
>literally by myself for 3 hours when another dude my age shows up, I may small talk but still mostly do my work and stay on my phone.
>boss and manager show up at 8am, most of the time stays out of the shop and most days dont even talk to me.

I go into work, make a little bit of smalltalk, play on my phone for half of the day, almost never see the boss or manager, then punch out and leave without telling anyone at 1pm.

Its a super easy gig and lets me be Jow Forums with pure disposable cash. Also getting off at 1pm is amazing, makes you feel like you have a full day left as opposed to feeling like your day is over after work.

All in all its not bad for someone like me who doesnt come from a rich family.

how did you get the job?

What works for me is watching shows of guys working hard as fuck and are still insanely humble

Watch black gold on YouTube and you'll feel better about working

>brother went to college, got a programming job
>was having a rough patch and was considering going into the trades to get away from the cubicle
>his co-worker knew my boss, were friends
>brother got word that there was going to be a job opening, but it was way too much of a paycut for him to consider
>he relayed that to my mom, who relayed it to me

It became a running joke that since im handy in the garage maybe I should apply.
I walked in like 2 weeks later, did an informal "interview" and they liked me and hired me like a month later.

Keep in mind, my shop and a lot of other shops we do work for have hired out of Temp agencies. So they kind of need warm bodies for the CNC machines, and as long as you dont show up to work drunk and can pass a drug test you are pretty much hired.

I usually work 8 til about 4. I don't get shit from my parents because I make more than my parents.

The best thing you can do for yourself is make yourself worthy of high pay, save up until you get fuck you money, and retire early.

so you don't even do anything with g code or cadcam you just load up the machine

I go to work cuz I got the biggest crush on this milf I work work with big tits... anybody else in same situation?

A rope

Dude, you probably get up at 4 am. I have gotten up at 4 am and felt like sleeping at 1 pm already. I became too tired to do anything as the afternoon progressed so I would go to bed at 8 pm.

Im not your run of the mill machinist. I regrind carbide tooling. Just think about an endmill program. Most endmills are very similar, you just point out basic stuff like radiuses and then the probe does the rest. I check to make sure everything looks to tolerance and let it go.

We DO make some crazy custom tools to customer specs, which requires custom CAM and simulation work. I dont do that yet, but I will in the future. Ive only been here a year or so, the other guy has a degree and has been doing it a long time.

That is where there is an opportunity for me to get experience in CNC programming and maybe move into a real machine shop. I mean it is a 6 axis CNC afterall.

Its just a normal change in sleep schedule. Its really not that bad. It helps that the stock market opens when I am wide away and ready for it.
When I was NEET, I would set an alarm for market open and make some really dumb mistakes and go right back to sleep.
