Advice

Hi I’m user:
I’m 35 not married with 0 children. I ran a business and was able to purchase land and get all the rough work ins done to be able to build a dream home for a bachelor. Plot twist I’m now in the early stages of a neurological disorder effecting my neck that puts me in a severe disadvantage getting a job(I don’t claim disability, but life is forcing me to be realistic)I have 70k saved. I have three options would like any feedback(hopefully constructive).

Option 1: Build the home as far as possible, likely leaving me with 0 left but will have a home outright; the land is in a beautiful spot in the Rockies overlooking a reservoir with8-9000 got mountain peaks as a view from front of home. (Caveat, I can never sell home as land was purchased from family; and part of sale is that I could live on land for my life, as the land is part of a bigger parcel that is set up as a trust.)
Option 2. Invest in either cryptos, stock market, or commodities, put leftover money to either start house or just leave in savings.
Option 3. Use money to live and see how far I can stretch it. (I still bring in enough for bill money right now; but nothing going towards savings as I’m living on the bare minimum essentials. So in reality just knowing I have a 70k egg if I need it.

Put 35k in link, other 35k to fix your neck

enjoy your life

Come to me, fren.
If you accept Christ he will save and show you a way.

Feel free, I'm starting from 0 and I can help you.

Only thing is my neck problem has no cure, best case is becoming asymptotic. Surgery will be an option if I can’t do the basics of life. I can still run a drill press, tablesaw. I do like chainlink ftw!

My family is Christian. I love them above all else. I have a different view of creation, And don’t believe in any form of religious dogma. I kind of already know what I should do, but investing 25-50% in a crypto is very alluring.

Option 1, real value, real use-case.
You can still rent your house after if you want to buy shitcoins to play casino.

This is most realistic where I sit. Realistically looking at investing 10 k in either crypto(link, eth) or buying 10 k in commodities. I know holding onto the cash in savings is loosing purchasing power through inflation. I appreciate your feedback user.

What's stopping you from throwing money down on Link?

How do you intend to "live off the land" if you are a cripple?

Bumping for you OP and good luck. Also best wishes and stay strong

Whether I would be short or long term in the crypto and if I would really miss the investment if it went to 0. I will definitely be investing if the fed continues raising rates. From what I see link is at ~.50, and is pretty volatile, but on the short term it looks very buyish; I would go all in at 25-30 cents. I’m the epitome of hardcore conservative when it comes to finances.

stopped here

Build a modest home with solar and batteries for ~$40k. Put $20k in some boomer fund that pays dividends, then you have $5k each for ETH and LINK. Cross fingers that crypto takes off again, but worse case scenario you could slum it with home grown veges trapped meat and div payments, along with as much work as your neck allows.

Dude, we, no, THE ENTIRE BLOCKCHAIN SPACE is expecting Chainlink to be the biggest thing to come out of the industry. You don't have that luxury of waiting for it to come down to 30 cents anymore. Mainnet is guaranteed to be out by June and we just had a reliable insider say it's on its way to be out by the end of the month into April. Get your hand in before it's too late. At least set yourself up that you can press the trigger and buy at the press of the button.

I still can function; on a scale of 1-10 I’m about 2.5 on how severe this condition can get. I have hunted and fished my whole life in this area; know it better than back of my hand. I have multiple years experience in all stages of construction. so my savings will strictly be supplies and needed skilled labor(brother is journeyman Carpenter. Between us two labor is accounted for. I can do the line of work now (property inspector) for as long as banks need someone to report on their assets.
I respect and follow closely threads in Jow Forums and just feeling my thoughts out to the written form with like minds.

Yes

Kek

option 1 without doubt

That is what I’m thinking, I do like 10k either all in link or 50-50 link eth. Just because it will likely loose that much purchasing power from initial savings from inflation by the time the home would be finished.

>it will likely loose that much purchasing power from initial savings from inflation
not as much as you can potentially lose by buying shitcoins. Trust me this bear market is far from over.. go buy real tangible shit and speculate when you can really afford it

I remember listening to peter Schiff when BTC was under $1.00. I hear and know intrinsically what you’re saying. But if I had 50-50 chance to 5-10x investment or have said investment go to 0. A house with no mortgage is the wise decision. Appreciate your time.

Get yourself a 10k stack of LINK, build the house but don't spend anything on interior finishes until you get your income figured out or link moons. Good luck user.

Put some in Nimiq (NIM) as well. Godspeed fren.

>link
kys unironically. please do it. and take all your meme scam coin with you

Option 1 don’t listen to these NEET fags and their investment schemes
