yeah I really will be grateful with just a couple hundred K... as long as I dont have to pay a mortgage I will be happy... me and my girlfriend can have a nice home, get a dog and hopefully have kids! i'm managing to qualify with a decent job as a chartered surveyor so once I have a house of my own pretty much my income from work can be spendable income on my family (excluding running a reasonable car and obviously utility bills etc)
