>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy? Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.
Is the crash actually happening or is it just business as usual?
Jayden Gutierrez
the crash ended after Christmas, we have about 10 years of bullrun left
Elijah Brooks
>losing money How do you do this? I've been trying and I can't. Up 1000 every day, it's going to my head. I've got all this misplaced confidence. I was walking to class and a homeless/drunk started shit with me and I didn't hang my head like the usual manlet cuck I am but stared him down. I'm gonna get killed by my gains.
Christian Hall
>could have sold yesterday for 6k profit >sold today for a 5k loss And there goes my short lived affair buying stocks short term. Remind me never to touch anything I wouldn't hold for a decade or more.
Austin Baker
Always do some prelim DD on risky short term trades. Nothing more than a half and hour of webcrawling. If you lose bigly in a company with good fundamentals just hold until you make it all back.
Nicholas Lewis
Please give me advice

Hoping for LPTX and PLUG to pull through
Heavily looking into AREC plus ACB and ALRN
Tyler Jones
>ACB Let it go to 7 again. I bought at this price last month and spent 2 weeks cursing my stupidity. Sold some calls, averaged down and eventually broke even/made a small profit.
Sebastian Kelly
Kelloggs makes girl scout cookies. The CEO wants you to buy, dont ignore this opportunity
I hate thinking i'm only going to be rich when i'm an old man. I want to be rich now.
James Morales
>buy vtsm >buy lptx Shit I'll be lucky if I break even
Adam Price
VSTM may still pan out long term, but I don't think it'll work out short term I could be wrong about that, tho
Xavier Parker
all pedos get the rope
Ian King
i mean fuck you've already been wrong about so much so far.
Gavin Murphy
like what
Juan Ross
This is what I am thinking, but I'm not sure if I'm just mindfucking myself.
I support this in theory, but I really don't care about people who jerk it to cartoons or keep their sick fantasies in the realm of fantasy. If you want your wife to wear a tiny backpack I don't really give a shit. women are basically rewarded for acting like children most of the time anyhow.

"buyout by eoy"

There may be a degree of emotion and bias playing a role in my own personal assessment of the situation as well I have a feeling that with how much the company has been shorted before, it'll get dragged down short term, but I think it'll start to look better over time as sales grow That's outside of the timeframe I had in mind when I bought VSTM, tho
Xavier Rogers
Let the volume thin and then buy, let it pump until you break even and then sell that shit before it dumps to a 52 week low. Pump and dumpers rarely miss the chance to devour the corpse of their prey.

WOODBURY, NY, March 08, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Research Frontiers Inc. (Nasdaq: REFR) announced today that it will release its fourth quarter 2018 financial results at 4:00pm Eastern Time on Thursday, March 14, 2019. In conjunction with the announcement, the company will host a conference call at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, March 14, 2019 to discuss its 2018 financial and operating results as well as recent developments.
Pump and dump means investors with massive amounts of money (hedge funds) pour money in and sell suddenly when suckers (me) still buy at an artificially raised price? How do you identify a P&D? Track volume? Can you tell when it's a single institution doing all the buying?
Oliver Ortiz
Everybody talks about e-mobility, about self-driving cars and car sharing, about a transformation that is happening in the automotive sector. OEMs are under stress because once e-mobility ticks in there will be less cars needed. Car usage time will (i) increase due to car-sharing services and self driving cars and (ii) demand for owning cars will shrink because more people are expected to live in urban areas where parking space is expensive and where transport options exist.
Seeing demand for cars to decrease is bad news for OEMs and here the Gauzy engagement with Daimler comes in as it offers new income streams for OEMs. If we think it through we may see car-sharing possibilities that will largely be paid by ads. When the car is parked ads will be shown on their windows. This can be targeted by taking locations (and smart phone users) into account.
That Daimler is engaged is a very positive sign. Daimler owns car2go, a car sharing service. BMW owns DriveNow and other OEMs are engaged in this field as well. Other competitors are rental car companies such as Hertz, Avis, Europcar, Budget, Enterprise, Sixt and ride hailing companies such as DiDi, Uber, Lyft and taxis.
Which car would you want to drive if you don't own one or if you need one? Most people would take the most cost effective option. If ads can reduce the costs of using a car we will have something like Google or Facebook where advertisements pay for the service.
Best of luck, Daimler and may the others listen!

C-an of sue Kellogg for tummy ache :( ? Addendum: me threw up x_X It tasted like mint

step to rich (1) smoke ganja (2) buy ganja stock
Zachary Sullivan
It's easier if you have software to monitor the bid/ask price. Basically it boils down to >asks above market price get bought in huge chunks >bids for small amounts at incrementally higher numbers rapidly/simultaneously (2 at .0001, 2 at .0002, 2 at .0003... etc) >upward price movement causes people to fomo into it at an engineered price above market >dump occurs at top and all that fomo money goes into a handful of pockets
There's all sorts of chart indicators to look for, there's probably an investopedia article about it or something. I found its best to learn to intuit it though. I have about 200 dollars in crypto that I play around with on the weekends and train myself how to beat P&Ds (because that's literally all crypto is at this point).

T, GE, a S&P 500 Fund, and a small sampling of Fox and CFG. That's all I got I shit you not. But oh how it's deceiving, I'm getting Profit and Gains and Spinoffs oh my. Plus as sweet desert a nice fat Divvy payout till the end of time. So why bother loading up with loads of stocks that might all shit the bed when you can just bag all the largest companies stock in one sweet trading spell.
Everyone in a position of power is saying the market will be "flat" for awhile which just doesn't seem psychologically possible. I would love it because I could get rich off small cap trading without worry about how the indices bleeding will cap my gains
Jose Lopez
Nobody here talks about thots anymore. Rethink.

>Rethink.

FUCK, WE'RE GOING TO BE RED AGAIN TOMORROW AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
FFS I'm still not out of the red, I need at least a few more days for TSLA and LCI to reach new heights.
Zachary Bell
Nah nvm, depends on your average. Sorta looks like the beginning of an earnings play. Could just be seeing things. Be weary of large increases before the 18th.
Jayden Hughes
So what do you guys do for a week while you're waiting on you egainz?

Whitehouse is a lot better than Peter Sotos' solo stuff, prove me wrong. Also THAT album from 8ch, the one we can't talk about on here, is a better than Buyers Market
I posted about SRNE a few times here on Sunday right? I didn't end up buying any, didn't dip enough. 10% increase today. I sorta want to buy AVGR because they have a dope website. Looking at PLX and BLRX for longs after LPTX. Don't using go for anything under 1.20 but idk we'll see.
Jaxson Lewis
Whitehouse is too Edgy but I cant help but sign alojng to Wriggle lioke an eel
Wyatt Turner
LPTX getting a little too hot for me. I sold 60% of my shares at the first peak today. Best of luck to you all, hoping for some more gains tomorrow
Brody Cox
How is Robinhood even profitable without charging fees?
Brandon Diaz
THAT album? Help a newfag out.
Blake Sullivan
>hoping for some more gains tomorrow I’m not. If it stays flat I’ll be happy. I don’t want it burned out before the catalyst. I wanna see 10% a day until the mid teens. Realistically that’s actually a low price if all their catalysts go as well as they seem to think they’ll go.
Julian Anderson
they make interest on uninvested cash sitting in accounts
Noah Price
they sell order flow to high frequency traders, keep interest and put uninvested money in user accounts into an interest bearing account and keep the interest (at no cost to the user, obviously)
everyone is talking about lyft ipo this month but what about airbnb going public?
airbnb is considered the biggest ipo this year if not the decade. already profitable and on track to be a monster in the hotel space, even more than it is now.
will it it be the zoomer amazon or facebook?
Isaiah Foster
no

Man I missed AKAO too. My strategy of searching the 52 week lows of bio pharmaceutical sector seems viable though. All my new watches this week have hit double digit percentile increases.

lol i put my 6 figure life savings into it ganbare LPTX!

what you should do is learn how to make your own investment decisions instead of just buying things you see shilled on Jow Forums
Ayden Jones
if you want to be shilled the truth here, just buy VTSAX
be 100% VTSAX until you are a decade from retirement, then phase into boomer bonds and such
otherwise, VTSAX 100% at all times
Jack Gray
Yes I posted a picture of the S&P's uterus pattern in the last thread. TA has already prophesied.
I dont get it. But Airbnb faces too many legal contingencies, i wouldnt feel safe investing in them
Jayden Gutierrez
Shit. Now I'm unsure. If there's one thing I'm 100% sure of, it's that we'll be laughing at an user who lost their entire life savings investing in something we hocked. It could be you, it could be someone else, but I have large holdings in LPTX. I don't like those odds.
thats just lobbyist paying off government officials
nothing major will happen with those regulations
long run airbnb going to be a $1k a share screencap this
they dont. especially not airbnb.
but they all have to go public to give liquidity to their initial investors.
seed investors only have 2 major ways of getting their money back.
1) ipo 2)buy out
Thomas Williams
If it makes you guys feel better I bought a hunnit bux of LPTX because I want a gamble for tomorrow and didn't have time to scope out an option today. Good luck!
