Dude, student debt in the UK clears out after 30 years. You will get taxed 20% on £20000 which means you need live on £16000 for 30 years. The good thing is that you can earn up to £25000 before paying the debt now so you will live on £21000 but still, it's pretty bad. You have no choice but to live a pleb life unless you move abroad and tell the student finance to go fuck themselves
