Because there's nothing else to FUD it about, and the same obsessed set of 2/3 Quant fudders on Biz are guys who got banned from the Telegram.

The only reason that would be fuddable is because Quant will have been too naive to realize that autistic crypto enthusiasts latch on to any little details and assume they're all hints about this or that.

Look at the Tweet purely from a business marketing perspective and it's just showing what a bank like HSBC is looking for in DLT, saying Quant offers it, and then inviting potential customers to seek more info. No one would usually bat an eyelid in traditional business but for crypto it's OMFG PARTNERSHIP blah blah.

It doesn't even make sense really. Where's the logic in intentionally hyping something like that up when it's destined to end badly? Maybe it is a partnership, maybe it's not, but I definitely don't think they posted that with the intention to mislead. They'd just be shooting themselves in the foot for no reason.
