What is the status of real decentralized alternatives for Facebook, Twitter, Youtube etc?
Day by day I see people getting banned for their political beliefs (mainly rightwing beliefs)
Am I the only one seeing this problem? What are crypto project to change this situation?

If we’re being honest there’s really no need for it. Right wingers should be grateful to all of these social media platforms as they are the reason more and more people are shifting right based on extremist views & conspiracy theories. The right exists and feeds off of fear, and all of these social media platform algorithms are programmed to show things to you in a progressively fear inducing manner because people like following bread crumbs. Low intellect people continue to watch and wind up going from point A (“how do I vote for Donald Trump”) to point Z (“this is why we need to eliminate all Muslim people) just following the algorithm along happily and getting force fed viewpoints without ever questioning them.
The only thing these businesses can do to stop the train is stop making as much money because people WANT to be force fed view points. If you showed them both sides they’d fucking explode and stop using the platform and ad revenue would stop coming in.
What make you think that there's no market for people who want to be force fed by both ideologies? It's just called mainstream media. Social media satisfy the alienated radicals' appetite.

The problem is that as an example people like Matin Sellner, Head of Identitäre Bewegung, a person who i would say is more conservative, not extreme political right, has no chance to get a bank account in all over europe, paypal get‘s freezed, facebook account gets banned, twitter account shadowban etc.
Other german islamic persons don’t have to deal with that shit and can run facebook pages with 100k followers and get free paypal donations and shit
