My ex girlfriend maxed my credit card to the tune of £4500 and left the country. Yup, what a fucking cuck moron I am, but now I'm in literal crippling, depression inducing debt.
How to cope with this bros, I'm entertaining thoughts of suicide and literally have no escape (can't keep up with interest with what payments I can make). This is what true hell must feel like... Wage cucking but having less money every month.

You can get on top of it. Sell off assets if possible. You would be surprised what people pay for dumb shit on eBay, bulk list everything you don't need. Go all out on all debt and reduce costs wherever possible. Try and move on as quick as possible so you keep the motivation.

You could file fraud charges against her and thereby get out from under it.
First thing to do is call the card company. They may suspend interest and account if you set up a payment plan with them. $4.5k off you with no interest is still worth more to their bottom line than the $1-2k a debt management firm would pay them to take it on. They can be reasonable and reasoned with but be ready to do a detailed income expenditure form with them. Good luck. Don't kys.

I live in the UK and even on shit money, I could cut expenses to save £400 a month. Is this not possible for you? Try shopping in Aldi, I noticed my food bill dropped massively.
If you're still thinking of suicide, why not start dealing to repay the loan. If it ever became too risky, you could always an hero. Personally though, cut expenses, get public transport and shop in Aldi. Also stop going out so much and buying pointless shit.
