Hello fellow Jow Forumsnessmen, I've run into a bit of a plight: I wanna drive across the border and fuck my long-distance newfie GF, but I have no idea how a burger like me can purchase real estate in Canadia. She lives with her parents so that's a no-go, and I refuse to be a cuck and rent somewhere. Advice?
How do I buy cheap housing in St. John's

A 40 to 60ft Trawler.
Thinking outside the box, user, I like it. How would I go about seasteading in the springs and summers I plan to visit?
Is she from Conception Bay? If so, just walk away bud
>drive across the border
you know you can't drive directly to st. john's, right? you can only go there by car in mid-april i think.
Housing markets pretty cheap here atm, one thing you is that you could buy an older house in one of the coves near town. Assuming you don't mind a 20-30 min drive.
>Also Newfoundland thread feelsgoodman
Buy in limestone Maine. Thank me later.
Yeah, I'm used to it since I regularly commute anyway. Also
>I called my girlfriend to ask about this and they have Hard Bread in their pantry.
It must be a sign, thanks based user.
You mean the ferry? That goes year-round, dude.
South America
My rent is $180
Safe and amazing landscape
Liveaboard? Easily? This boat has done the ICW multiple times.
Most yachts spend time at slips in marinas, $$$ for liveabord size yachts. This owner was explains how mooring is cheap outside marinas, it is about having a boat which enables this.
No one lives at sea, that is dumb AF. Gunkholing is what it is called spending time in remote bays and inlets.

Np user Godspeed. You also could set up an air b&b and just live in that when your out here. Although we Newfoundlanders aren't a bad bunch i'd like to think, settling out here could also be viable for ya. Hell unlike the rest of Canada you won't be judged for being a yank. (we have a long history with you guys, you often treated us better then Canada has).
Which country and city? Food good? How about crime? Interested in your experiences.
t. thinking about "retiring" in South America if I make some cash in crypto
I took a look at some houses, and honestly real estate seems DIRT cheap compared to where I'm at, so I'm all in baby.
I've never actually been to Canada before so I'll probably need to get a visa before a mounty's steed rapes my pucker, but I don't have a criminal record so I should be fine. Every time I bring my girl over to the new place I'll think of you.
hey there desperate user. girls from newfoundland are easy as fuck because they want so badly to leave and will latch onto anyone.

While we're here, ausfag looking for somewhere in the US to buy, what's the cheapest I can get a house that isn't utterly deteriorated for occasional US holidays.
So $1000 detroit, no, but some white shithole in the middle of nowhere?
Bro, just come to the island and buy a house for cash. Really not that hard.
Nobody is looking to see if you moved here "illegally"
Literally can live here at peace and do Fucking nothing.
