/smg/ - Stock Market General

climbing the wall of worry with the help of bear greed edition

>I'm new to the stock market, what stocks should I buy?
Before you buy anything, make a brokerage account and read investopedia articles and/or the books in the OP list. If you don't have a broker, you can't buy stocks and if you blindly buy things without understanding how the stock market works or doing any research on the individual stocks you're buying, you will lose money and it will be entirely your fault.

are you learning?
if you're trading with your allowance money gains and losses aren't as important as improving yourself. control your emotions and learn

Novavax or whatever the fuck went down to a penny stock after they failed once again to pass (((phase 3))) trials. Would buying now be a prudent move/has anyone heard any news? Also I'm interested in investing in lab grown meat stock but I'm not sure what brands are planning on being publically traded

My remaining puts are down 130 dollars. Should I sell? Are market makers waiting to see how high the S&P can get before resuming yesterday's dump? Or was it just a bear trap?

Yeah I'm a college kid messing around with his wagie change. I'm asking because I've been busy with school and haven't kept up with the market zeitgeist.

is there a general for fundamental analyses and broader view of markets/industries?

When’s the expiration? Down is still the way.
