I get like 15 days, two week shutdown for christmas/new years, week off for july 4th, and a few other holidays throughout the year

I can call in 5 times a year, or 10 times for 4 hours, or a mix

I can take off 2 hr increments, 4 hour increments

once you top out on days you get like 23 a year, used to be able to roll over for a max of 35yr but they nerfed that because I guess it was too op to have 35 days + a shutdown
