Yes. Dont be one of those fags that waits for "confirmation" before they make a trade. You'll miss most of the trade and be left with scraps. Have a theory on the direction and get in position as early as possible.

If you are green and you think it's going to keep going up, thats when you should sell.

buy fantom.. sell at $120M marketcap in 2-3 months.. there is your first 10x

She’s a fucking goddesss
Would love to worship her feet

FIST HER!!!!!!!!!!

So I've been margin trading for about a week and I'm finally making money instead of breaking even. I figure I can scrape 500 bucks a day in the correct market conditions. Best advice is dont be greedy. No one ever became poor taking profits. If your in the green, TAKE IT! Don't wait for more. There will always be more opportunities. Use stop losses. 5x margin with 2.5k is a good starting point.

Trading U.S. markets is equivalent to fucking someone with AIDS. If you insist on doing it use protection, expect the worst, but all things being equal, go somewhere else. Just as a person example what would have been one of my best trades of the year was rejected by the exchange. Guess how many of my bad trades get rejected? In general though with Dark Pools, the amount of algos basically creating their own unique little inside market for half cents and less, and the high level of off exchange volume being done as well as the overall level of corruption you know about and God only knows the level you don't, you're better off trading just about any other market. Let the U.S. markets die.

Yes, retired from it.

The best advice is to block out all the stupid fundamentals, unless you're trading equities. If you're just trading crypto, futures, forex etc, focus on developing a strong understanding of trend and its behavior in various phases (accumulation, impulsive moves, corrective moves, and distribution), and how this translates fractally across all time frames. Get rid of all the meme indicators, looking for meme patterns etc, and just focus on understanding TREND. Start on the weekly, work your way down to the 15 minute and try and see how it all pieces together. Learn to identify key levels of support that have been lost or gained on major timeframes, look for whether or not they have been tested yet, etc.

Once you have a strong grasp of how price moves procedurally through trend, you can start looking into volume by price. Always use a VWAP and look at volume profiles too. You'll start to understand how they relate to trend.

sold trx with a 5% only to have it still pumpin.

predicting the market takes tons and tons of resources.
you're intrinsically trying to form a relationship that's different than the aggregate opinion of the market that's indicative of the price.
Unless you can drop at least 5 million in market research, everything else is just gambling.

Just imagine...

this
follow the market every hour of the day you can and you'll start to see the same patterns over and over...no substitute for experience

I tried daytrading/scalping. Couldnt do it. Too much time for too little tradeoff. Now I just swing trade big moves on margin.

>trading trend lines

Takes patience.
Dont become emotionally invested in a single trade, if the trade is failing; exit it.
Watch the market for hours until you know the right time to buy or sell.
Dont invest more than 20% of your funds.
If you break any of these rules, you will lose

W-Well, I do it on the side if that helps.

>any advice?
You put a certain amount of money in so you could learn, that is what you are going to pay for.

Learn REAL technical analysis. Avoid youtube amateur MAC-D/RSI/MEMELINE analysis.
RSI often spike out of control during stophunts.
Mac-d will cause you to exit early.
Learn dmi-adx, accumulation - distribution runs, liquidity pools ,order flow, volumetric market structure analysis with session volume profiles or market profiles.

Get a tradingview pro account and tensorcharts. Go on youtube watch things about tensorcharts functions like spoofing, heatmaps, large order trackers.

The idea is that you can intercept large trades before 99% of the normies do and get your limit order filled before the normies front run you.

no, in a word.

day trading has consistently proved to be a fast track to penury. dont listen to anyone telling you otherwise. why do you think these accounts on youtube and blogs pop up showing great success then disappear 3 months later/

well? why? b/c day trading doesnt work. it is impossible to win with a random walk.

yeah yeah, i know. some 19 yo who's been trading for 3 weeks will sperg out and tell you i'm lying. but i'm a boomer in this, i know.
that said, i always advise people to try it for themselves and reassess after a year. you wont even make it 12 months to reassess, which is the point.

my name is eugene. debate me.
