Where were you when you realized hard work doesn't pay off?
>make 11k

Where were you when you realized hard work doesn't pay off?
>I literally enjoy doing my taxes
Good goy
good luck ever buying a property without showing your tax returns.
Is the IRS watching us
>post 2019 world
>ever being able to buy property
Just fucking lol
smart, always cash out just enough to not pay taxes
Just wait until the ragie wagies come in here defending their extra earnings which get siphoned off of by the govt.
>ever being able to buy property
Except that I already own property and it's literally the best investment you will ever make in your life. It's an asset that you can live in or rent out, pay for upgrades that you can enjoy while also increasing the value (such as a swimming pool or kitchen upgrades), it's something you can pull equity out of or use as collateral.
If you own a few houses or condos, you live in one, rent out of the others and you are pretty much set for life. There's really no investment like real estate.
For now.
