>had a recent job interview for a "data analyst" position >interviewer completely ripped me to shreds >called me a faggot and told me my experience and qualifications were a fucking joke >was brought to literal tears but then he told me to stop crying like a little bitch >told me to get the fuck out of his sight at the end of it >1 week later, get a job offer from them
I'm confused. Why are they offering me a job if I bombed the interview and got literally ripped to shreds by this jackass? If I work with this guy on a daily basis I almost certainly will neck myself eventually.
Probably for entertainment and target practice for office trolls. Roll with it and git gud while they aren't looking.
Connor Collins
they need a wh*te soied up cuck boi they can blame everything bad on
Jackson White
Did you actually cry or just felt like it.
Adrian Lopez
most likely you were the least sucky candidate
Dominic Bailey
i was close, but it was obvious from my facial expression
Robert Morgan
They need an office clown to pick on.
Adrian Campbell
take the job and stop being a push over faggot, assert your dominance when u get there
Caleb Sullivan
Why the fuck would they waste money to hire me then?
Leo Bailey
Tax writeoff.
Cooper Rodriguez
Because if word gets out that he called you a faggot he would be losing his job. He realized his mistake and trying to make up for it. Do the needful and pour him A cup of coffee.
Ayden Hill
You will boost morale and increase productivity by being picked on and laughed at by everyone.
Isaiah Reyes
Why not lol its VC money no one really gives a fuck in this clown world timeline as long as customers are still lining up and revenue/profit graphs have the appropriate slope.
It was likely his personality then. You probably did the best out of all the candidates, that or all the people they wanted rejected their offer, and you were chosen afterwards. Either way, your in. But if you had trouble holding it together, might be smarter to find a diff. job
Thomas Fisher
they're having a laugh because they've been in the startup long enough to realize their venture capital doesnt support them anymore and the show is over soon
Connor Russell
Guys, I need to find a job, remote, TODAY, even if it's only $500. I can code, know all the math that will ever be needed for enterprise, know basic design. How can I skip all the normie bullshit and go straight to the money?
Ryder Walker
OP you know what you need to do...accept the job and record everything. You’re goal should be to get incriminating evidence so you can sue this shit company for everything they have.
If you’re in a first world country this should be extremely easy.
Guy in pic related is a friend of mine who offered blowies for cash round the back of a major hotel here. I took the cash he made so when he was eventually arrested (charges dismissed! Lol) they only seized $130 and five cents from him.) Choose a good spot and you only have to work twice a month
I had an interview with one dude that ripped me to shreds, felt like total ass at the end of it. Before he walks out the door he says
“Congrats, I really hope you get the job”
Some folks interview styles like to put candidates under stress to see how they deal with it
Jayden James
Im a lead engineer having worked at my current company in silicon valley for over 6 years and I onterview tons of candidates. You have to understand that as we interview you we are trying to find the limits of your abilities, and that requires the interview difficulty scales until you eventually start having trouble. Part of what we look at is how you deal with the questions once you don’t know the answers. This is of course assuming it was a technical interview; if it was behavioral then idk

Everyone in this thread has it wrong. Ignore the faggotry and pay attention.
The reason people interview this way is they are gauging how they will be able to treat you in the future. No self-respecting man would allow someone to speak to him that way and they certainly wouldn't take the job. The interviewer knows this.
If you accept the job, the interviewer knows you don't have self-respect and the precedent for how you will be treated moving forward has already been set.
If you had stood up for yourself in a proper way, you would not have been offered the job. They know the type of person they want to hire.
