Business Ideas For Truck Owners

I’m coming into possession of a 17ft box truck. What are some ways I can make money with it? I’ve thought about helping people move furniture and things like that, but where would I connect with people who needed my help? I’ve also thought about maybe doing a party rental business. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Open up a safebox for prostitutes to do their business. Put a wall down the middle and therefore can have two of them working at once.

I live in a really nice area, we don’t have street walkers.

Convert it into a truck to live in and rent it out.

Collect stuff that supermarktes throw away and sell it via facebook ads

Hmm, that would probably only work somewhere like San Francisco, but those hippies would smoke in there and suffocate and then I’d get in trouble.

This is very interesting, can you elaborate on it further please. What exactly do they throw away? Perishable food? Am I even allowed to sell that on Facebook?

The gentle people of SF are currently playing NIMBY hot potato with the ever-increasing RV population

The ole “good for thee, not for me”.

Roaming Gloryhole. Customers stick their dicks from the outside and you suck them for $2 kek.

You have to be 18 or over to post here, but thanks for the bump.

C'mon man, just do it. I'll be your first customer

Live in it.

if you are in young and in shape, start a small moving business, with you and one other guy you can charge up to 90$ an hour and pay that nigga 20$ and hour, and with 3 guys 120$/hr and so on, it changes more or less depending on where you are at, but you should be able to make pretty good money doing it, of course you would need to spend some money on advertising but thats with most service related businesses anyway.

but if you start a moving business wear a back brace for the love of all that is holy. a good one not a cheap piece o shit CVS special.

t. mover in early 20's.

if you decide to turn it into a moving truck, you would want to find a way to cover up those stupid windows in the attic, so when you move stuff in the rain, peoples belongings will not get rained on.

only other things you'd need are some moving pads, like 40 of them or more, a hand truck or 2, and 2 4wheel dollies just starting off, cost you somewhere around 500$ for all that shit. a nice little decal on the truck and youre g2g

if you needed more than you already had, for tools, like a appliance dolly, you rent them from uhaul.

Buy metric fucktons of Hot Wheels at Walmart for 94c each, and go to car shows as a mobile toystore and sell them for $2 each to old dudes.

Go to furniture stores and leave business cards for your moving service.
Also post on Craigslist

Yea they do it by just shutting down huge areas to overnight parking, thus fucking all the locals.

Transport fertilizer to large buildings.

I have a friend who did this and he told me the same things. Thank you for your answers.
Ok, thanks. I assumed a lot of furniture stores had their own delivery systems already in place, but it’s worth a shot.
That’s interesting, but I’m afraid I would get stuck with a bunch of inventory since I have no idea which are in demand and I assume they could just go themselves to Walmart for common ones.

I’ll look into this, thanks. Hopefully it’s as an independent contractor because I don’t want to work for the company directly.
No
I’m not cleared to drive hazardous materials Mr. McVeigh.

Yea, starting a moving business is one of the cheapest ones to start, and you can do pretty well if you put in some effort, not hard to make 80-100k$ in a year if you hustle.

In a decent sized city*

I live in Los Angeles County.

1 - offer free candy to children
2 - invite them into your van
3 - ???
4 - profit!

>offer free candy to children
Shouldn’t I charge them for it?
>invite them into your van
Ok
>???
???
>profit!
How did I make a profit if I gave them the candy for free?

That’s where the ??? comes in
