get an internship at a prestigious company that people have heard of during your 3rd summer. and possibly your 2nd summer also.
get your resume reviewed and do practice interviews at the university career center so you can get the internship/job interviews and don't sperg out during the interviews.
try to find the person you want to marry by the time you turn 25 because it gets harder and the choices get worse after that point.
lift weights for one hour a day, three days a week. focus on chest and arms because that's all anyone sees anyway.
