XLM is honestly pretty safe desu. But its not gonna get you crazy moon missions. I honestly view it as ETH tier.
HOLO and [redacted] both have a really high chance of mooning and are medium mcap. Seriously either of those could be top 5 someday.
Of all the garbage that gets spammed on this board from IDEX that is really low mcap, LTO is probably the best bet.
