Well, what worked for me was when I started barking for tips at work. It was their tradition for whatever reason, and I didn't have to because I was a delivery driver, but I could tell that it was kind of the culture to do it anyways. So one day I mustered up the courage to join in on the barking when someone put money in the tip jar. Over time I was literally trained like a dog to speak for money. Pretty cool, right?

Well, at least just learn to catch yourself when you're holding something back.
