any alternative to Kraken for eu citizens?
they just changed their verification process

Attached: (JPEG Image, 225 × 225 pixels).jpg (225x225, 5K)

what did they change?

photo id req.

Bitstamp

wasnt that a requirement since 2017 for stage 3 verification? or do they want a photo id for stage 2/1 also now?

all withdrawal of fiat, so yea

there's bitcoin.de but no idea what their verification is like nowadays

bitpanda from austria

CoinMetro ya dunce

are they gonna give me shit requesting for proof of residence n shit if I want to withdraw fiat?

bitcoin.de keeps 1% of coins and 0.5% of the buying price EACH trade. Shameless greedy german jews

bitcoin.de isn't an exchange as such, it's a marketplace, when you buy BTC you wire fiat to the owner and when you sell it they wire fiat to your account.

You can only buy, sell BTC or withdraw it. There's no fiat involved with the marketplace at all.

It's just 1% per transaction, shared half each by the seller and the buyer. They keep 1% and you pay 0.5% less to the seller, so each of you pays 0.5%. I don't know any exchanges with lower fees than 1%.

That's not greedy at all for a fiat gateway.

bitcoin.de: if i buy 100 bitcoins for 100 euro, i will get 99 bitcoins and the seller gets 99.5 euro. for me it looks like they keep 1% coins and 0.5% currency, doesnt look like equal 0.5% to me.

Easier to think of it this way.

Seller sells 100€ worth of bitcoin.
You get 99€ worth of bitcoin and send 99.50€ to the seller, i.e. you pay 0.50€ fee.
Seller gets 99.50€ for 100€ worth of bitcoin, i.e. seller pays 0.50€ fee.
bitcoin.de keeps 1€ worth of bitcoin.

what's the best fiat getaway now that kraken asks me for all kinds of documents

i don't get it, at the end is 1% of coins and 0.5% of currency gone, how can it be 0.5% each.

>best fiat getaway
That's way to unspecific. Lowest fees? Fastest transactions? Least KYC? Safest?

Pick any two.

Like if you just won't do KYC at all probably localbitcoins or similar but fees can be high, transactions are awkward and may not be safe (can get mugged or scammed without KYC).

Sorry, I just can't explain it in a way that sub-room temperature IQs can understand. If you don't get it with that example there's a fundamental lack of arithmetic understanding that I can't work around.

least kyc apart from local bitcoins

can't believe kraken decided to pull this shit, had everything perfect for four years

alright thanks, this FIAT getaway worked, danke. will probably kyc with them if things with kraken go sour
