I was standing up for NEXT yesterday but I'll gladly stand up for XBASE today(I own some of both after all). They said they will be addressing this in the very near future. Again if this was a scam it was a really stupid one for not selling at the top and instead you selling on a red day as is? Makes no sense. None. Everyone needs to take deep breaths and think about this for a second and ask why they wouldn't have done it last week vs. now

Ok so it was rumored at first but now its comfirmed? Gee thanks user.
