Well, there is a method called Child and Mother.
The mother is your account, its safe and not automatized/botted. The childrens are accounts you dont even care to lose, they will follow unfollow in massive rates, DM people and do everything else because you dont care if they get banned.
Child accounts will have your @ in their bio andd in their DM's, to avoid spam filter you can use SPIN TEXT.

Or you can do specific hashtags without too many traffic, using million volume hashtags as #pets are useless, you should aim to low/medium hashtags where you can stay at Top Rated Posts for get more and more traffic.

To the Brick and Mortar Business you can try fb niche ads + google ranking.

First: Mother and child account setup.
Your REAL account should be long term and strong, this mean no robotic patterns. On mother account you can only post HIGH QUALITY CONTENT, you can find in many places HQ photos.
There are some ways to find decent and local hashtags, using the most known are useless and just reduce your reach.

So: Set some goal, create a mother high quality account, then find a way to have child accounts that you can do massive actions without giving a fuck if they ban or block you on them.

You can buy shoutouts too, but many people with fake engagement and I wouldnt recommend.

Lets say your niche is fitness
To use #fitness on your photo is useless, just search the specific hashtag and you will see how many likes it need to stay on top posts (probably 1 million almost),
That means there is no sane reason to use fitness, but maybe there is a #fitness[yourplace] hashtag that you can stay more time in the explore section + reach the top posts after some grow, got it?

You need to target people that are interested on your business, not everyone unless you can use everyone to push you up to find your niche clients.

Its shit numbers actually, the guy who teached me have a 50k IG account farm and he had a 50% FB ratio, I am doing several actions in order to analyze and find better sources.
They ban spammy and shit accounts, people use 20 accounts on same IP all them doing 1k follow + 1k life + dm + comment this aint even human, also they create shit and weak accounts, even my child accounts are strong.

If I have a 35-50% FB ratio I can use 20 child accounts doing 500 follow daily, if they make 10k follow in a month and I convert 35 to 50% its 3.500 to 5k followers, 20 accounts.
Ranging from 70k to 100k followers, if I convert 10 to 25% to mother account its 7 to 19k to 10k to 25k followers to mother account.

I can lose the child ones and easily replace them, but the mother is strong.

Its easy to scale once you understand.

No, dont create anything. You can find hashtags that people use from time to time and you can reach their top posts so anyway that search them will see and possibly get in touch with your post.
