Do successful people have a different brain in that they enjoy work more than recreation? They all say they love what they do. How the hell can Warren Buffet, Bill Gates, Elon Musk, Trump, Oprah etc. love being at an office when they can literally retire on a personal island?
Even their recreation is productive. Never seen Billionaires stare at screens, do drugs & jack off all day. If they have fun it's healthy things for the brain like golf, boardgames, cards, banging celebrities.

You have to like what you're doing to get to that level, once you've got it down you've got it down so well that making enormous money feels almost as natural and easy as breathing, as you get better and better your craft gets simpler and simpler as the world seems to get more complicated and confusing, eventually you find sanctuary and escape in your craft. the rich use businesses to disguise personal expenses as business expenses. that means every dollar they spend is a write off (meaning they're getting a free 20-30% discount). the businesses also exist to launder money so you don't actually pay on the money's growth. when your wealth is in a large enough sum, hiding it this way is paramount.
