>921,76 link
wow, literally nothing

Nice, wonder how many i get. Probably like 1

>mainnet announced
>price goes down
b-but this time is different

How could this be happening if mainnet is not coming out soon? Can someone play devil's advocate here?

There is no larp nor any user that can shed a light about whats gonna happen.

Attached: 1553966487395.jpg (358x535, 138K)

with mainnet announcements of users of mainnet will soon follow. Like Samsung perhaps.

there was always mainnet, just not publicly.

I don't need anyone to shed a light about whats gonna happen, I need someone to explain one plausible scenario where linkpool does this, but chainlink mainnet doesn't come out for 3-6 months. Because I can't think of one.

Awwww shit!! They’re distributing $500?!? Wtf! We’re rich!!

For the brainlets in here:

To give a fuller explanation. When DEX fees are taken, they get sent to our PoolOwners contract which gives that contract a LINK balance. Distribution refers to triggering the contract to then distribute that LINK balance to all the people who hold LP. Mainnet just refers to ETH mainnet.

DEX fees distributed to LP holders as they are moving over to a new contract.

Ok this sounds real, thank you sir

$1000 not bad

SELL SELL SELL

split between 1000 shares so 1 LP = 0.921 link?

Considering this windfall is only from DEX trades, I won't complain. At all.

True income will come after main net.

4000 shares not 1000

yay

4000 shares that make up 12.6% right? So 921.6/4=230.4
230.4/4000=.0576
.0576 Link per LP

If my math is correct I just made .001LINk

Do not spend it all in once kid.

8 free Linkies for me. I don't know how the fuck people is unable to see that with NaaS, LP shares are going to be a fucking gold mine

Look on the bright side, when chainlink hits $1000 (lol) that's like $10

how do you get into the pool?

maths is wrong, dont divide by 4

8 free link then you got a FUCK TON of LP
that you could buy what, 10k 20k 30k link?

In order to buy LP shares after crowdsale ended, you had to do it through their Decentralized Exchange (DEX), there is a fee of 1 LINK for every 10 ETH worth of LP shares you buy or sell. The DEX has accumulated 972 LINK in fees and it's going to be distributed among LP shareholders (there are 4,000 LP shares)

staking.linkpool.io/stake-withdraw/dex

The DEx is the only service from Linkpool that's currently active, that's why they don't need Chainlink mainnet to be up and running to have already earned some LINK.

They're talking about the ETH-Mainnet you absolute fucking morons.

Scenario 1:
>Buy 30k LINK
>Wait LINK to be 30$ to earn 1 mill
>That might happen sooner or later

Scenario 2:
>Buy 30 LP shares in crowdsale when ETH was 220$
>Profit from day 1 of mainnet since LP will be accepting jobs with their nodes and will be distributing rewards among shareholders before staking contracts are developed
>Wait will staking contracts are developed and merged by the Chainlink team
>See NaaS and staking dApp going live
>Profit from NaaS subscriptions, staking dApp fees from regular stakers and my own staking stack income.

I'm gonna have way more LINK than 30K LINK in a matter of 15 months.

if link does go to a high price relatively quickly, the amount of link from LP wouldn't compete with actually buying 30k?
mr JS0N parser

Ok

>have 30k LINK
>LINK rises to $100
>sell
>have a $3 mill.

OR

>have 30 LP shares
>LINK rises to $100
>that brings attention and people (mostly normies) start being interested in running nodes to have an income
>meanwhile the usage of the network keeps growing (LinkPool profits from it)
>people realize this stuff is harder than they initially thought, go to the default staking platform that doesn't recquire any additional effort nor knowledge (LinkPool). Everyone wants their piece of the cake
>still profit from one of the biggest companies surrounding a project like Chainlink
>have more than 30k LINK plus 30 LP shares (which will obviously rise in price as well).

I will still have more with LP shares than without it.

Based Jonny

how much link do you hold with all these LP shares?

24k Link

You deserve a big bowl a curry.

Terrible ratio IMO. I think 1 share for every 10k link is pretty much ideal. During the crowdsale you could have bought 100k link for what you spent on LINKPool.

If competing pools emerege (they almost have too) you're going to regret it.

Literally I don't care about the staking allowance, I didn't buy LP share because of the priority staking, I want the juicy NaaS fees and the regular stakers fees. It's going to be way more lucrative than my personal staking stack return

>If competing pools emerge (they almost have too) you're going to regret it.

This.

Nice, that's a million in 2021

based math.
t. math phd in oxford, yale, harvard and kek university,

Should I have divided by eight instead? I think I should have divided by eight

Update. Math was wrong. I made .0005 link

Linkpool is going to exit scam

Screenshot this for extra OG credit in 2 years

Attached: 1547587700826.jpg (314x500, 32K)

and in 2020 its gonna be 2021. the funniest part is linktards are deluded enough to hodl this shit even if they delay it to 2030

LP is insanely over valued right now.

just divide the amount by 4000, why is this so difficult for you brainlets

Linkpool is expected to return ~1% a month non-compounding so 24% in two years. Hell, let's be generous and say you get 100% in two years.

LINK is expected to return 10,000% in two years.

Thus buying Linkpool shares are retarded and you're better off spending that money directly on LINK and just holding LINK tokens on their own.

Linkpool was a good idea back when we thought anyone could stake their LINK. Now that you have to spend money you could have spent on LINK on LP shares instead, it's a bad investment.

Why can’t anyone stake their LINK? I thought there was only regional regulations on owning LP Shares. I’m p. sure anyone can still stake their LINK

>implying anyone is actually going to use it
kek deluded linktards

Anyone who owns LP shares can stake.
That's a problem because the money you would spend on LP shares is much better spent by just buying LINK tokens and holding them.

1 LP share costs ~18 ETH right now. That's almost $3k which is absolutely retarded. That could buy 5k LINK tokens instead which will eventually be worth half a million dollars...

t. 77iq

I agree that your money is better off in just buying LINK tokens but I should correct you when you say you need LP Shares to stake. You can stake without LP Shares.

>There is no need to buy A LinkPool share in order to stake. Staking will be open to the general public **after a certain timeframe(**Will be announced) once mainnet is out, so you do not have to buy a share in order to stake(however buying a share will prioritize you over the general public in that timeframe.

The ideal scenario would be to stake your link and earn passive link so you never have to sell too much of your main stinky link stack

Absolutely retarded question: I will still be able to buy LP and stake my LINK after mainnet, correct?

I mean in the sense of "barrier to entry" - is it going to be so expensive once we go live that it won't be worth it to try and FOMO? Do I need to have a "suicide insurance" stack or something of LP

>15 months
>JS0N
>NxT

fucking lol you are cursed as fuck, i woud unironically cash out right now if i were you

Alright then, it's just LP shares that are retarded in that case.
