I feel you op. I was rejected yesterday after an hour long interview for in IT job which I though I did great in. The reason? "We have zero doubt in your abilities but we fear you lack passion. Good luck in your further endeavours." It's the exact same shit every time. I try to be upbeat, enthousiastic and exude "passion" but either they're feeding me bullshit or I'm just incapable of coming accross as someone who likes what he does. I've even had these rejections for shitty menial jobs. Bitch noone wakes up one day with a burning passion to label boxes.
