I emphasize with the experiences of people taking advantage of altruistic deeds, but it is wayy too ethnocentric. This speaks loads about our cultural perspective, but nothing on theirs.
I have manufacturing and QC offices in china and vietnam, service and back end offices in the Philippines, and each office and their representatives have to be dealt in a different way that what we see culturally fit. It simply does not work like that. There is beauty in understanding their culture that makes you question your own if you are willing to open your perspective up a little.
