>First time business owner
>Going to be hiring employees soon.
>Never had a "real" job
>Never been to a job interview.
>People I'm hiring probably will have more experience in the industry than me.

I wish I could record this process and show you guys. All the applicants would probably be fretting about how to bullshit me little do they know I'm practically bullshitting them.

Sounds like fun. What's the business?
More important, are you financially set even if the business goes bankrupt in the first 6 months?

kek

>made €750k by pure luck in 2017 with crypto
>only cashed out 100k
>still in crypto waiting to get rich
you chose the better path OP

Prepare for them to grill you with questions about the things you haven't prepared for and the more you answer improperly the less likely they will WANT the job.

hiring multiple people will give you a high burn rate and you'll run out of all that money within 3 years unless you're actually generating revenue to cover their salaries
when you're hiring people with more experience in the industry you're in, that must mean you're not that experienced
recipe for disaster, good luck op kek

Sounds brilliant!

Restaurant. I discovered actually quite Machiavellian although I didn't expect that of myself. I yoinked a manager / chef from a competing restaurant with the possibility of him being a co-owner without putting anything in writing then once I learned all the "trade secrets" then I kinda subtly made working with me more and more unpleasant and said I could only start paying him his full salary when were officially open. And then some issues happened pushing back the opening for a few months but to him it was indefinite, so he got out leaving me with all that info, procedures, recipes, and 100% ownership.

I would just laugh. I mean I'm going to be hiring dish washers, line cooks, servers.

Yeah I'll be set. I only invested about half.

just wanted to wish you luck setting your new found fortune on fire, but you don't need it- you've already found the matches

Nah, I'm good at everything I've ever tried in life.

Also all the businesses I've had to deal with in order to make this businesses... like sign/print companies, contractors, furniture.. I swear I could do a better job than them if I decide to go into their territory. I'm mind blown how everyone is incompetent as fuck.

wew. if this isnt a larp ill be awaiting for your JUST post in x amount of years/months time

FR Neck urself

I would have given him some ownership had he stuck around but he proved himself to be fickle. Also I wasn't paying him badly, I just promised more after opening.

Could happen. Thing is though... I never really feel JUSTed at least permanently. Shit could be going completely wrong, my portfolio could be down 200% and I just assume it'll work out in the end.

hahaha i knew a stupid fuck like you and his employees fucked him out of his money

You have cuck in your ID faggot

ur a piece of shot

Okay I said youd lose everything but realizing that most other business owners are brainlets is the first step. Good luck and be kind, but not nice.

T. Sushi restaurant owner.

I used to be a cook, and now I am reminded of why my friend, who is one of the best chefs I know, would never do more than required and never bother to try to make a compelling special when he cooks up a storm for the staff. Gotta keep the money making info in your head until they pay for it.

Yeah things are going to end poorly for you if you treat people like shit. At least pay the guy for his time to make things right again. Give him 10k or so, sounds like he earned every penny to me.

I made myself sound like a real asshole but I did pay him.

Compared to most regular boomers I am practically a magician. I'm in my 20's, I have large amounts of capital that came seemingly from nowhere, I'm very effective at gathering relevant and quality information using the internet, (aka googling. most people here take that skill for granted). I have a very keen eye for detail, sometimes I wonder if people are half blind because I could be pointing at a flaw that seems glaringly obvious to me and it doesn't even register in their consciousness. It's almost like if I were to jump into their heads everything would look more simplified and low-res. I can compose music, draw, use photoshop, design websites. None of this shit is probably impressive or out of the ordinary for people here but I'm telling you normies and boomers are fucking retarded. You need to just get out there and kick their asses.
