'unstoppable code' is a new instrument that developers must learn to play.
The great songs will come but first we must learn to play the chords

'Unstoppable code' is fundamentally incompatible with law. A way to reverse culpable transactions is necessary to disincentivise crime and build trust.

pump when?

Law will have to adapt as will business and society.
It's 'unstoppable' regardless of whether any individual person accepts it.

How could law possibly adapt? Remove all remedies for unjust enrichment, tort, and contract? How is that just?

>Believing that our "proof of work" today will be worth anything after the next major advancement in computing

wew, ya'll nuts.

KEK

Found the Jew

How convenient it must be to just completely dodge the argument

Tell me, how far in are you?

Found the Jew

I suppose that answers the question

why tf is etc pumping right now

They will figure it out. Eth is permanent and unstoppable. It's not asking permission.
Welcome to crypto.

>'Unstoppable code' is fundamentally incompatible with law.
Just wrong. Not debatable. Flat out I'm-talking-out-of-my-asshole incorrect.

Are you even trying?

More than you would ever guess.

My answer is that once the value is delivered you can try to appeal to a court of law. Only a Jew would say that unstoppable contractual agreements are a bad thing.

You're flat wrong you stupid asshole. No? Go sue a fucking vending machine so since that's immutable code too. Dickhead.

kek

Yours is a terrible argument.
The law can adapt to handle problems resulting from execution of unstoppable code, and the legal system will save time on frivolous/petty breaches of contract because those will be eliminated as unstoppable agreements become more used over the current model.

This, whats going on?

Flippening as people dump worthless "ethereum" for actual ethereum with intact code.
