Reminder that bitcoin is outdated tech
Sebastian King
Dylan Perry
Reminder that OP is a faggot
Cameron White
If it works don’t fix it, faggot.
Easton Gutierrez
Spotted the newfag shitcoiner
You’ll learn once you’ve lost enough money
Oliver Smith
Reminder that OP is a 2017 newfag
Jayden Hughes
It doesn't work though. Unless your goal is custodial banking 2.0
Tyler Nelson
>If it don't work, pretend it does and don't fix it
Easton Nelson
Ur mum is outdated
Adrian Brooks
Bitcoin can't even handle the transaction volume of a medium sized supermarket.
Isaiah King
b-but it 5k
it is going to 300k
mooooon
Dominic Myers
kekukulus maximus
Alexander Cruz
You have to stop posting this. You're embarrassing yourself.
Eli Rivera
I think its pretty funny actually
David Ward
Isn't anything you invest in just going to be quickly outdated then?
Jordan Rogers
Yeah, the idea is to invest in it BEFORE it's outdated, not five years after the fact
Aaron Gomez
it's almost like decentralization and security are priorities (which can't be outdated)
and then 2nd layers are further developed
Eli Rogers
Bitcoin faggot, I’m not talking about XBT. BCash faggot.
Levi Evans
bitcoin has 45EH/s mining security
also 10k+ validating nodes and possibly another 70k non routing nodes (non-routing nodes aren't verified calculations to my knowledge)
no other project is even close to these numbers, so much for "outdated tech"
Cameron Jones
this
Jordan Reed
Op is another brainlet thinking of bitcoin as of technology and not money/digital gold
guess what Visa can do more transactions than you already centralized shitcoins anyway, why even bother being in crypto then.
go buy some nano and eos and jerk off to meme comparison tables
Lucas Mitchell
Bitcoin is the myspace of crypto.
>Bu-but muh digital gold
Literally any alt can take that place. And it will once an alt with superior qualities comes out. If it isn't already there.
Brody Anderson
imagine being this dumb
Zachary Thompson
So you're saying BTC is superior because most people are participating in it
Guess what public opinion changes like the wind, all it takes is for an alt to slowly creep up in participation numbers, and at that point the flip will happen easily.
It's only a matter of time.
Landon Cooper
>Literally any alt can take that place
good luck trying that with your insecure centralied ico scam shitcoin
Wyatt Richardson
cry more BTC holder
Gavin Thomas
>nano is centralized
OH NO NO NO NO NO
Austin Nguyen
>Ifajin plying bis gum
Nicholas Taylor
Oh no, he's retarded!
Dylan Gray
t. heard about crypto in 2017 and thinks he knows shit
William Hall
Or just one with the same mining protocols and some added bonuses.
Thomas Walker
no one is gonna trust a bunch of scammers trying to print their own money again, look at all the forks, if there is something objectively better then it WILL be implemented into btc, it's just that all the current ideas for scaling etc are fucking retarded but people keep bitching about muh evil core stiffling innovation
no one can recreate the organic birth and distribution that bitcoin has and 10y track record
Easton Bell
Doesn't matter. People will still buy it and make me rich. You're way overthinking it, OP.
Matthew Bennett
If the scaling idea is too different it won't be implemented in BTC. Ie if ETH's POS sharding works (not saying it will), there's no way BTC will copy it (along with all the smart contract functionality) until it's too late.
Anthony Evans
ok
Elijah Wood
>stop liking things I dont like reeeeeee
Sebastian Anderson
You do know that XBT and BTC are the exact same thing right? Spastic
Adrian Fisher
Microsoft
Joseph Lewis
explain to me how an alt can do this
99%+ of alts removed blocksize and will never have the number of nodes bitcoin has
bitcoin miners are the most distributed and most advanced 7nm 10nm or whatever now
they have the most money going into research and development it's light years ahead
it's just not as simple as shilling your shitcoin places
bitcoin has the users the merchants the exchanges the miners the nodes it has everything and all anyone can say is oh blocksize limits throughput which is actually a good thing in the long run
Julian Miller
Muh digital gold moddfucka
Jeremiah Hernandez
POS is a pipe dream, way smarter people than any of us already said that there is no onchain scaling without sacrificing security
another thing is that people with money don't care about scaling or number of transactions, they want security not some meme hipster features. Gold is an old piece of shit rock worth in total $8T. Even the most innovative/groundbreaking company on earth isn't close to that number
Ryan Rogers
>everyone will switch over to a new coin that's better and everyone will come to the same consensus as to which coin that is, whilst the coin will scale and throw off attacks to its blockchain in the process on top of also reaching widespread adoption with public opinion and marketing turining against the 10 year old King that started it all
>and it won't be called like Xthereum Gold
this is what you think, all this just because you want to add sharting or smthg to layer 1
Ryan Taylor
Even BTC isn't perfect in terms of security. The majority of mining is done by Chinks. And then there's the hardware advances.
Jose Adams
For example litecoin is implementing the mimblewimble shit while BTC refused.
Jose Peterson
Also you're comparing it with gold but the difference with gold is that it's the only metal that is mostly resistant to chemical change, you can't just build "another gold". You could viably come up with BTC alternatives.
Cameron Ross
>You’ll learn once you’ve lost enough money
Lol, you bought ATH.
Jack Reed
you're a moron lol
Wyatt Parker
replies like that are basically admitting you don't know how to refute, nice.
Jaxon Howard
Reminder that software is updatable.
Luke Diaz
nothing is perfect, even your land can be siezed from you, your house broken into, nothing is 100% sure in this world
bitcoin has the highest hashrate by far and that's what matters
gold could be replaced by ancient paintings or silver or other store of values too, somehow it's still valued at $8T.
It's easy to say
>we can just create a better bitcoin
I already told you it's almost impossible, nothing can have as much of an organic start as bitcoin had.
Sure we can pretend like it's all possible in theory and someone will come up with a cheap secure, resitant coin etc but good luck with that
another thing is that IF something was to ever dethrone bitcoin people would lose all faith in cryptocurrency as a store of value, because if bitcoin got replaced by something then what chances are this new coin won't get replaced by something else again in the near future. The entire concept of digital scarcity, credibility and trust would shatter to 0
Kayden Diaz
doesn't matter
it's not about the tech
only about the name
