>buy my book goy

actually i downloaded his book.

Go on.

the whole book is him making shit up

to sum it up, find something you can make money at and start a business around it

it's shit. could be condensed in to half a page. I only remember this quote from it
>If you owe the bank $100, that's your problem. If you owe the bank $100 million, that's the bank's problem.
turns out it's not his

I just read the book and im sure it didnt state anything like that

I've read his books and actually heard him speak a couple times. Rather based. People tend to confuse his message with our reality. By that I mean that he basically says if you keep doing shit, you're gonna end up with, you guessed it, shit. If you plan well, you tend to do well. He's really against crypto because he knows its manipulated to fifty levels above virtually every other 'investment scheme' and he's right.

The second book, cash flow quadrant is best. If you ignoring the guy trying to sell you stuff it isn't bad.

>Books about personal finance

Every single one of them is 200 pages of "Spend less money on shit you don't need and use your surplus to build passive income."

Fairly basic information, but it's occasionally good to go over the fundamentals.
Spend less on useless shit, keep your eyes open for opportunities, be willing to step outside your comfort zone and invest.
Then keep at it.
He's right and there's nothing bad about the book.
If people followed those simple rules then 85% of American's personal economy wouldn't be absolutely destroyed by a sudden 500$ expense.

ok. i'm pretty sure he said that somewhere tho when he was talking about debt as an asset. I do watch his videos from time to time and he makes some sense but i think that book was shit.

No finance book is going to help people with no concept of expenses.

the only thing that matters in life is money: the book

Basically he said that if you can borrow money at say 500/mo, buy a house with that borrowed money and then get rent of 600/mo from it, it will be an asset because it brings in 100/mo, regardless of how much you are in debt with the loan...that's all he really says though.

Building debt for anything -including investments- is bad in this day and age. That particular example assumes you're able to rent the house for at least 500$ per month, every month until the day your debt is paid. It's not the case in a lot of areas. I'm not even going to go to all the other stuff that comes with relying on a tenant that you know nothing about.

The truth is most people earn enough to DCA into investments unless they spend every penny that they earn, and they would build the same capital in the same period of time with even the most conservative of investments.

>He's really against crypto because he knows its manipulated to fifty levels above virtually every other 'investment scheme' and he's right.

I listen to his podcast and I'm positive he's paying VERY close attention to it even if he's skeptical of it.

This is a book my parents had when I was growing up and I took the time to read it and a lot of what he says stuck with me and has helped me have a better mindset when it comes to saving and finances in general

>is he a genius or a nutjob?
neither he is a low key scammer full of shitty anecdotes a bit too shameless also.

>there's nothing bad about the book
except it's completely fictional. i hope nobody payed a fucking buck for it and you fags downloaded.

This book is stupid as fuck. It’s basically just one guy’s BS rationale on why it’s OK to be a sociopath.

If it’s not ok to be a sociopath how come everyone at the top and specially the heads of old money families are?

When I got my first job they made me take one of those corporate personality tests that charge for the bs, and having ‘empathy’ as my lowest skill made me much prouder than anything listed in my top 5. It’s like if God came down from the skies to tell me I was going to make it.

If you're a psychopath, it's because you're one to begin with. A stupid book won't change anything.

Not my point, cuck.

Go ahead and be a psychopath, Pajeet.

>lower IQ races can produce psychopaths
Absolute goy. There’s a reason only 3 groups in the history of humanity were able to pull themselves out of the stone age without foreign aid.

>I am shitskin, therefore I can't be a psychopath.

LOL
